We stayed at this beautiful cabin over Thanksgiving week.
First of all, I would like to mention about the hostess, Cathie: as soon as I booked this cabin, she was there to help me with any questions or concerns any time of the day or night, she replied to my messages within minutes! She even called me personally the day we were supposed to arrive but running late to make sure everything was okay, and we were safe.
The cabin itself is beautiful and was festively decorated for Thanksgiving. You will find supplies you need for a day or or two, like shower gel, shampoo, dishwasher and washing machine detergent, toilet paper, etc. The showers are nice, and my daughter enjoyed a jacuzzi. There is also a hot tube outside, but we didn't utilize it because it was too cold for us, Floridians :)
The cabin was very clean and cozy. The beds were great, I didn't want to get up in the morning, because it was so comfy.
The property is located within 10 minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg with all the restaurants and shopping. There is a lot to do there with families. It is like a mini Las Vegas.
One thing to expect, downtown Gatlinburg gets very very crowded, big lines for anything to do. Also if you bring your furry friend, the area is NOT dog friendly. You cant take your pet anywhere, besides two very boring hikes. For that reason, we will not be back to Tennessee.
