We booked last minute. We weren't sent the information to access the room, and I spent an hour trying to get it fixed the night we were scheduled to check in. This was, by far, the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I had read negative reviews about the mattress, and the owner had true to minimize the negative review. Trust me, it was awful. My husband and I both have sore backs from the poor sleep. The facility was clean. The towel rack was coming apart from the wall, and it couldn't be used. We had an idiot park on the sidewalk, and block access to our vehicle. When we voiced our concerns, they told us to find out who it was and they would do something. They also suggested we put a note on their window. None of this was our responsibility. This is very poor customer service and business management. The management did not do anything to try and improve the situation or our stay. We loved the town, and we will be back. However, we won't stay here again. I'll also be encouraging others to avoid it like the plague. They really need to work on keeping customers happy.
