The best VRBO we've ever stayed in. Top-of-the-line furnishings and everything we could possibly ever need was there. The communication with Martha was also amazing. Would stay here again soon!!

The perfect home. It was so hard to leave!

All the details have been thought about when you stay at this beautiful home. They have everything you could ever need. It is so organized and clean. I stayed here with my husband, two young kids, and my mom. We were so comfortable and cozy. Kitchen is well stocked, and hallway cabinet has a lot of extra supplies you might need. The pictures are accurate, and in person the home is even more lovely. Highly recommend this stay!

Impressive

We travel quite often to Southern California. This is, by far, the best place we have rented in Mission Viejo. It is worth the price.

Our first Air B n B

Martha was an amazing host and the property was spectacular. One issue we had was that the beds were pretty high and we had trouble getting into bed. The bed in the main bedroom was a tad uncomfortable and really soft. I don't know if that is normal, but it was just very uncomfortable, and I had a backache in the morning. If you stay, just know this. Martha was spectacular and there is nothing you'd need - the house is well equipped and beautiful. Thank you, Martha. I wasn't clear on whether or not we can get the cleaning deposit back. This was our first experience with an Air B n B.

Very Clean and Relaxing 😎

Unfortunately, we only live a mile away in Rancho Santa Margarita, and had water leak damage at our townhome to the point where we had to move out temporarily. It was actually a blessing in disguise. We were so stressed out because of this situation, but once we arrived at the home, the house manager was so amazing and made sure the house was extra clean for our disabled daughter with respiratory problems. It was fully stocked with brand new condiments Paper plates and cups all of the cleaning supplies for laundry, etc. and it is hands-down the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at! We were able to barbecue in the backyard and listen to the fountain even though we live a mile away we were considering staying there because we loved it so much!

Fantastic Hosts

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 year old for a few days. The house is impeccably clean and organized and has everything you could possibly need. Martha is a lovely host and was very understanding and accommodating when we had a series of unexpected travel delays that shortened our trip. We come to Mission Viejo frequently to visit family and this will be our rental every time if possible.

Absolutely Wonderful Rental Experience

We are so impressed with everything about this home. It is by far the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The home was immaculate when we arrived--everything was so clean and well cared for. We can tell Martha pays attention to every detail of the home. The home is also well stocked. We were delighted to find water bottles in the fridge, shower supplies, extra linens, sunscreen, laundry detergent, etc. The air conditioning was wonderful after a long day at the beach. All three beds were comfortable. Even the backyard was fun to relax in. It was so nice to be able to park in the cool, epoxied garage. We hope this rental is available next time we come to Southern California. Martha was very easy to communicate with and checking out was simple.

Perfect for our family visit

This was the cleanest, most thoughtfully appointed rental home we have ever stayed in. The owner thought of everything to make out familiarity with the workings of the home seamless. Lovely patio for quiet mornings and comfortable beds for a sound night’s sleep. We were in town visiting grandparents and the location was close and convenient. Thank you.

Exactly what you are expecting

Clean house with everything you may need. Lots of room for guests to do dinner outside or entertain inside. Rooms are close together to be able to hear little ones. Would stay again next trip! Thanks Martha!!

Awesome property close to Anaheim/LA

This property was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen was stocked with anything one would need to prepare meals. Having some water bottles and sparkling water waiting in the fridge was a nice touch and appreciated after a long day traveling. The patio is great with plenty of seating. The owner communicated well and made sure we didn’t have any problems checking in or out. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect In Every Way

This is the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. And I’m a real germ-o-phob. Tastefully decorated. Martha thought of everything. Enough toilet paper, paper products, laundry detergent, etc to last us our entire trip. Not just a “starter pack” like most provide. This is the only VRBO I’ve stayed at where the owner asked absolutely nothing of us upon check out…no dishes, no cleaning out the fridge, emptying the trash, starting a load. NOTHING. We did some stuff anyway, but it was so relaxing not to have to worry about things before leaving. The place is so organized, well laid out, felt spacious. LOVED the neighborhood and central location to all the things we wanted to do in SoCal. If we stay in the area again, we will not hesitate to stay here. Absolutely perfect. Thank you Martha!! What a lovely home and stay.

A pleasure

Our long weekend visit at this home was enjoyable and we found everything the home to be everything we expected. We have stayed in VRBO properties in the past; however, none could equal the cleanliness and organization that this home offered. The communication with the Owner was pleasant and with a quick response. The neighborhood is family oriented, good location to get to freeway and quiet. We would definitely return for another visit.

Amazing Property & Excellent Host

Martha was an amazing host. This property exceeded my expectations. The neighborhood was awesome and the home was beautiful and extremely clean. Anything my family needed Martha was able to provide. This vacation was very important to my husband and I because he had not seen his parents in almost two years. I was extremely excited that Martha was able to make this vacation happen for us. This property also placed us 10 minutes from his parents which was very convenient. I will definitely reserve this property for future vacations to california.

Perfection!

This home is immaculate and beautifully furnished. The formal living room and dining room areas were very comfortable, as was the family room - great for watching movies. The kitchen is beyond fully-stocked, as was the linen closet, which also has basic toiletries. Outdoors, there were two seating areas - a dining table, as well as very comfortable patio furniture. This allowed for indoor and outdoor dining and visiting. Martha, the owner/hostess, was absolutely wonderful - very responsive, and flexible with arrival and departure times. If I could give more than five stars, I would!
