気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
View was spectacular and the home itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, our stay was not. Upon arrival, the home was quite musty smelling. Dirty dishes were found in the cabinets. Hairs were on the pillow cases. Towels were stained. And, despite turning the thermostat down, it kept randomly changing from my desired setting to a very high temperature, as if it was being controlled remotely. We all woke up sweating. After many back and forth messages, their remedy to all of this was to alert the cleaning staff (who never came) and to give us a 30 coffee voucher. I also suggest you read the fine print before booking this home. If at any time more than 6 people are in the house, you will be subject to "immediate eviction," and are reminded that there are cameras monitoring who is coming and going. Meaning, I could not have my cousin, his wife and two children over for dinner as I had hoped to do. I understand not wanting parties at the house, but this is different and a bit extreme.Lastly, before even getting the check in information (despite having paid in full), I had to submit a photo of myself holding my ID, and a photo of myself holding the credit card used for booking. I have rented from other sites quite often, and have NEVER had to do anything remotely of the sort.
