I think it was the kids' favorite spot.

Perfect location, perfect place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second year we have stayed in this unit and it didn’t disappoint. Our daughter and family live in Gulf Breeze and this location allows us to enjoy the beach and places to walk while not being far from them. It was spring break so our grandchildren spent time with us and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The unit had everything we needed. Hopefully next year will be a little warmer to we can sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness of the area.

Great property. However, for that kind of $, asking guests to take out the trash and wash/stack dishes when you pay a service to clean up was not cool.

Memories made.....

Property was perfect. Pier was right out back and sunset views were sensational. Hard to open back door but no big deal. Moved some things around to make room for our groceries. Loved every minute of our vacation. We will definitely try to book this place again next summer.

The pool is huge and very well kept. There are free Trolley rides to anywhere you want to go. There is a Trolley stop at the turn into the property which was very nice. Overall we had a great experience and would have no issue staying there again.

And my only complaint would be that I would request they get at least a queen or a king size bed in the bedroom on the first floor because that bed is horrible! It is too small for two adults.

The value and location is the reason we continue to come back year after year. It’s always clean, has everything we need to cook a meal at home. The patio and view are perfect for a morning coffee or an evening of relaxation to watch the sun set. I honestly can’t think of a negative thing to say about this property. We also prefer the beach on this side of the island as it is less crowded.

Able to walk to pool and beach everyday. Also walked to the 24 hour convenience store right by condo everyday for ice and drinks for the cooler. Free music on Tuesday at the beach. Enjoyed Acai bowls by the pier. Everything was great!

The condo at SRD was clean and well equipped. Our family loved having their own rooms and bathrooms. The pool was clean and large-we all loved it. The short walk across the street to the beach was not an issue for any of us and was paradise! Used the Yelp ap and made resv for dinner next door at Peg Leg Pete’s which never disappoints (the grouper and oysters are delish) Please thank the owner for sharing their beautiful place and helping us make lifetime family memories.

Not only did we love working with them and will continue to use them in the future, they were easy to find, very communicative and super friendly and helpful. Our condo was AWESOME! Gorgeous view of the sound and beach as a few minutes walk away. We love the nearby restuaurants and shopping, but mostly we go for the beach! The rental was well appointed, we cooked a lot, spacious with lots of windows and a smart TV and internet. We would go back in a heartbeat! Love love LOVE!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We totally enjoyed our stay at #615 Santa Rosa Dunes. The property was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable with beautiful views. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend. We were provided with great customer service. FYI: We were not able to connect to WiFi, kept getting message that could not connect to server. Also, several wall plugs did not work and the drain plug in the bathtub in the upstairs room (with twin beds) did not work. Overall it was a great property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fun for the whole family

Three adults and five kids made the most of our stay. The kitchen is very well-stocked for cooking and dining. The patio overlooking the sound was a true treat, and we loved the bay view from not only the patio but the kitchen/living room area. The only things we might suggest are updating to an electronic key situation or coded entry where you don't have to check in/out at the rental office for a physical key & ensuring that bedding is provided for the sofa bed. The icemaker could also use a handyman - it made ice well but the tray fell down each time we opened the freezer door, causing a bit of a challenge in terms of operation. Overall, we loved our stay!

View is fantastic, looking across the intercoastal at Gulf Breeze. Lovely large bedrooms with large closets.Appliances are high-end, including washer and dryer. Ample towels, dishes and glassware for the 8 folks the unit can accommodate. (Sofa bed in living room)Dining table is comfortable for 8. Balcony is right on the water, and has a dining table as well as lounge chairs. TV (Mediacom) in Living room and each bedroom. Wireless internet included. End unit has side views of the water as well as the front view. Excellent location close to great restaurants and 5 minute walk to the gulf beaches across the street.

When we arrived at the office and I received the keys and information they treated me like they knew me it was so wonderful. A short drive down via DeLuna drive to Fort Pickens Road and then to the condo was joyful and exciting then we arrived and we were happy that we could park underneath the house we were happy that we had extra parking we were happy that everything was as it was in the picture. Everyone had their own rooms which was nice my husband I had upstairs our son and daughter had the room across from ours upstairs our son and his fiancé had the room downstairs. I was able to wake up every morning make coffee and breakfast for everyone run the dishwasher do the laundry enjoy the the balcony and just taken what I wish we had done for five years before that and utilized paradise Beach vacations rentals. Now that we have found them I’m not letting them go I am planning on coming back to that sameCondo as much as I can as often as I can. When a small thing a rose and I called the office they were right on it to take care of things it was amazing everything down too I couldn’t find the broom and the dust pan and a new one showed up at the door within an hour. I’ll couldn’t be more pleased!!! Oh and adding one more thing... when we were packing up to leave my son grabbed everything on one of the chairs near the couch and on it was the homeowners pillow had a crab on it that crab made it to Alabama before we had to unpack the trailer for something and I realized that my son is taking it and he didn’t know it was an hours I guess I don’t know what happened but I kind of got frantic I called them I let the The Office know what happened and that once I would get home I would send it back. I washed it because I just thought it the right thing to do since it was with our bed pillows that we had brought with us. I shipped it back

This was an amazing place very clean . The beach and pool were definitely easy to get to

We definitely will be back ! The only issue we had was the WiFi kept going in and out . Also they decided to do maintenance outside the condos so drilling at 8:00am every morning was upsetting as we were on vacation . I rate this place 100 ! The bay was amazing to watch dolphins come and out .

Great property, great place but I think it could’ve been better prepared for our stay. I.e. icemaker

Awesome property location, place was clean for most part. Several things not working when arrived and master had post that wasn’t even attached on bed, which could have been easily fixed before we arrived I believe. Icemaker, garbage disposal wasn’t working when we arrived. The screen door was not even attached and when I went to open it it just fell right through and I almost fell right on top of it because it wasn’t attached. Someone did come over and fix the screen door after a day or so but it still doesn’t seem too sturdy. I asked them not to send someone when I wasn’t there and it was just the girls but someone showed up anyway when I went for a walk he was very nice but I asked them specifically not to do that to call ahead. The master bedroom sink took 24 hours to drain after I washed my hands a couple times. It seem to drain after 24 hours 36 or so. They did offer to come back to do the sink in the icemaker but at that point it wasn’t worth Having to schedule some thing when we were only there for five days. But overall the place was very nice but I think I could’ve been a little bit more ready for us. So I would give it a 3 1/2 out of five.

Great place on the Sound side

Hidden Gem!

THE VIEW! Pictures did not do it justice. This townhome is directly on the water. Other things we loved were the electric fireplace, the mattress in the master bedroom, covered parking, and the location. (We walked to Peg Leg Pete’s almost every day.) The dishwasher, washer and dryer were all new. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Stairs have been added to the dock so swimming in the bay in the summer would be awesome. We loved this unit!
