Quiet home nestled in the Delaware marshes. Steps to a bay beach. Had a constant bay breeze when I was there so no need for mosquito repellent. Nice family getaway and can take your dog. It’s 30 min to Cape Henlopen State Park, if you want to spend a few hours at the ocean. Not far from Lewes.

Wonderful vacation home. Third visit here. After a really bad storm, Christine contacted me immediately to check on us. I didn’t even have time to call her. I would continue to visit her lovely slice of paradise! However, this is the final season and I wish Christine and her family their best life!

It was very welcoming to our dog. We've come the last three years for a family birthday celebration and to visit the beach and look for shells and rocks. The house was clean and we'd likely come back next year if possible!

Three mature adults and a small dog spent four lovely nights here. We welcomed the first tree swallows of the year! It’s quiet, it’s clean. It’s surrounded by open air and water. A lovely place we’ve enjoyed over the years.

Our time at this cozy cottage was truly delightful! The house just sparkled when we walked in! The vistas from the back porch as well as all of the windows gave us wonderful scenery to enjoy. The walk across the street to the beach kept us going back for more! The well organized kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals efficiently and quickly. The beds were very comfortable and extra blankets and pillows were readily available. We also enjoyed excellent communication with our hosts. My grandson captured all of our thoughts about our the stay the best when he said, "It's so hard to leave! Can we come back?" We appreciate all the efforts that have gone into making our time at Prime Hook Beach so welcoming and so comfortable!

Relaxing and peaceful getaway

Loved our trip to Primehook beach. This property has such a beautiful view from the back deck and is so close to the beach access. Loved how quiet and peaceful it was and that we could bring our dogs with us! Close enough to Rehoboth that we spent some time there as well to play mini golf and take the dogs for ice cream.

Hi! We're Christine and Nick Fleming! We live in Northern Virginia with our three young children and our two dogs. Christine left her teaching job in 2017 to stay home to raise our children and handle our rentals and Nick is an Engineer. We feel so lucky to be able to share our home with all of you and thank you all for the support!

Location, location, location! We had never heard of Prime Hook before finding this home, but could not pass up the views and seclusion! Our children and dogs are able to run around on the beach and play in the water without fighting crowds. The short one minute walk to the beach is perfect to bring supplies back and forth. The sunsets from the back deck are spectacular and we've spent so much time making the inside of our home warm and inviting! We want you to feel like you are home from the moment you step in the door and hope you leave looking forward to your next trip back!

The view from the back of the house cannot be beat! We have some of the best sunsets and right across from the beach access. Our beach is a private, bay beach so you’ll never have to fight for a spot. Our bay beach is natural so you will find many great shells and has no waves! Perfect place to swim or take the kayak out.
