Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay very much. Just feet from the beach and the sunrise feom the balcony every morning was perfect. My son fished off the beach and the beach was so quite and peaceful. We will be back! We enjoyed everything about this location.

Nice location on the beach.

As advertised this property was right on the beach with great views and access. It was clean.There were a number of issues that were surprising for a rental unit. The ice maker did not work, the slider in the living room was almost impossible to open, the master bath sink was clogged, the furniture was old and uncomfortable, the bed was very squeaky, although it slept 6 there were only two chairs on balcony. For people on vacation, the guests were required to purchase a lot of items for laundry, dish washing, bathing, beyond a day or two. Other properties we have stayed in for the price range have provided much more to make your stay more enjoyable.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Lot of mold, musty smell. Toaster didnt work, second toaster was full of mold. Exhaust fan didnt work. Wires hanging down bare. One plug didn't work, written on it was, NO WORK. So only 2 plugs worked in kitchen. Kitchen table top wobbled so we couldn't use it. Fire detector was gone and had hole where it was.NONEof the furniture was the ones in the ad. All were garbage. Looked like thrift store finds, couch and love seat smelled. The popcorn ceiling was hanging down and peeling...very disgusting!!!!

I would describe this property as average. Great view from the balcony, right on the beach. Interior is dated and amenities are average. Property management was very responsive and helpful.

Fall Vacation

We were there during Hurricane Milton and the property owner and the property manager made sure we were safe and secure. The owner Sam came by to check on us to make sure if there was anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure our family was safe.

We had an amazing time, the views were spectacular, quiet location. I only wish I had realized there is an Elevator before the last day I was there, LOL

Paradise

We stayed at this beautiful condo over the weekend and it was absolutely stunning in every way. The location is absolutely perfect right on the beach not too many people with everything you need around it. The condo was extremely kept up with and the beds were so comfortable we will be back in a couple months to stay for a week, The pictures do not do it justice!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is great. Love the building-private, spacious, great balcony. FYI-the picture is not the same furniture—different cushions. We have stayed here before in this unit-first time during high season. Had 2 cars and one night when all spaces taken and no where to park our other car (ended up paying at the Hilton after spending an hour trying to find overnight parking). You should let people know that parking is limited and only guarantee of spot in garage especially since unit sleeps 6. Also, last time we stayed here in this unit-one of the chaise lounges had a cracked frame and the garage opener did not work—both were still not fixed when we came back this time. They should be fixed. Other than those issues—place is great. We had family staying in a different building (no more units available at ocean beach villas), and they LOVED our unit and commented on the nice interior, private beach, great balcony and view.

We had a great choice of streaming channels which was great for all of us. We had easy access to the beach and being on the third floor we had a wonderful view, including the space launches from our balcony. We especially liked this portion of Cocoa Beach because the beach was not crowded. I will rent this unit next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome view, good mattress’, washer, dryer very helpful...quiet and intimate. Property manager, Kathy Voto, was AWESOME, and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the furniture appeared to be from estate sales, and the vents/ducts were filthy, which left a moldy smell to the condo. Upon arrival, housekeeping had done a good job, however the moldy smell was very unpleasant during our entire stay. We would not rent this particular (302) condo again.

Overall a good stay a bit but disappointed w/pool and details

Place was overall nice. Te view was as advertised. Strangely te pool was located in front of building parking lot. Not between building and ocean side. Therefore pool wa 100%vacant entire visit never saw any vacationers including our party. Ad also said beac umbrella /c. To be provided . Just rusted broken rusted on floor in garage of unit.

Very relaxing

It was just what we needed. Coffee on the balcony in the mornings. We got to see a Spacex rocket launch which was amazing.

When we pulled up to the place we felt it could use a little tlc but once we got inside we were pleasantly surprised. Cathy was amazing. She was very responsive yo any questions we had.

Beautiful location and access that needs some updates

The unit offered beautiful beach front views and easy beach access ... however ... updates would have made it perfect! Although the unit was clean and much better than actual property ... furniture, appliances, etc were quite dated and worn. The pool was dirty with sand and algae, and the ripped, dirty pool furniture could not be sat on. In summary, our stay was adequate since we got what we paid for. I guess it depends on how picky one is. The total experience was fine and enjoyed by my children who don't demand perfection. I wonder if the owner sees the property often.

It was just okay

This place seemed perfect when we viewed it online. Once we got there we came to realize that it's a little bit run down. On the surface it's nice. However, the bar table in the kitchen seems like it's going to fall apart if you set anything on it. The beds all squeaked LOUDLY. As in, it would wake you up when you rolled over. The clothes iron hardly worked. We needed it to iron clothes for an important occasion and it took me about 2 hours to iron 4 things. It' should've only taken about 20 minutes. The electric kettle is rusted and the kitchen is lacking in some basic cooking supplies. The blinds in the master bedroom couldn't be closed because they were broken. Some of these were small, but frustrating inconveniences, however, when you are beachfront and the blinds don't close, you are up with the sunrise every morning. Just what I did not want while on vacation. I give it 3 stars because of all of this. If those things were addressed it could easily be a 5 star place.

While there is nothing explicitly keeping others off the beach in the middle of summer we had just a hand full of "camps" in the immediate area. We setup 4 days all within a couple feet of the exact same place. A little R&R after busy week in Universal in Orlando perfect ending to wonderful trip.

Welcome! 2019 will be our 15th year that My father Dave, mother Patti, and I have been renting all of our Vacation Homes! It all started when we thought that Condos and Hotels were TOO EXPENSIVE for families to enjoy, so we wanted to do something about it. We bought our first Condo, set the prices low (we were not trying to make a killing) and people loved it as a concept. Well, it grew from there.
