About the handrails missing in the stairs from the first floor to the bedrooms, they've never been needed, but we are going to put them next January when the house is closed 3 weeks for reforms like every year. About the location, yes, you need to walk since it's located in the Historic Centre, the most beautifull of all Sevilla, but a pedestrian zone. Sorry for telling you that is was an hour from the Train Station to the house, normally, geting down from the train, walking to a taxi, and then to the house, it takes this time. Never again. And about the pool, it´s always as blue as the photos, always I promise. But for the first time in 4 years, there was a storm before you arrived and something happend with it. We do our best to be prepared for you, this was on Saturday, I wrote to you to apologiese for this, we thought you understoood that thses things happen some times and we did our best to fix this inconvenience as soon as posible, on Sunday it was blue as always. And the gardener just goes 3 times a week from 6.30 am until 9am to clean and keep the garden beautifful for the tenants. Sorry for not telling you, as it's really early we didn't know this could cause you any problem. From now on I will always warn of it. It's a incredible house, as you said, but needs to be cleaned and repaired continually, we try to do our best. Sorry for this, and hope to see you again, Rosario.

Dear Sally, Thank you so much to you and your lovely friends. The house was left in perfect conditions. About the handrails we are going to put one shortly. We are looking different types for it. When we use it as our home we never needed but you are right and maybe this can be more comfortable. Thank you again for all, best Rosario.

Dear David, I’m very surprised with your comments. First, you said you were allergic to feathers and told us to please take out all the things which contain them. I told you the house had a garden with lots of birds and it would be better for you and your family to look for a different place. You said you wanted to rent this one. Before your arrival we took out all kid of pillows and cushions with feathers and put new ones. We always leave the house absolutely clean for tenants, as you can see in other comments. Since you and your family were allergic we took much care of this. You never contacted us, it was difficult to contact you and an hour after your arrival I wrote to you asking if everything was ok. You never responded. Also Elena gave you her mobile number for anything you may need. You told her when you arrived that everything was lovely. And after that you never contacted her. And after all this, you left the kitchen in horrible conditions. This was a real surprise for us, we have the photos and videos of all this horrible mess. Also the shower of one bathroom was collapsed. And you were just 6 people. When the web asked me how it was I said all this. We really changed things because of your aleric problems, we bought new things for you and you never contacted us, then you leave everything in horrible conditions. After a month you write this, after us telling the web how you left the house, therefore surprising me after I reading this comment. Best regards.
