Thank you for the review. We will continue the services and supplies which obtain enjoyable stay and full satisfaction for our guests. The House rooms, bedding, facilities, the decorations, etc., were recently updated again

Thanks for the review. We have at least 6 various sizes pans, variety of pots, plates, mugs, coffee machine, teapot, toaster, microwave, large GE oven with stove, multiple silverware, etc. I suggest the traveler confused our property with other properties, he had planned and stayed during this trip. We had families stayed in the House for the months, and they noticed we had plenty and full kitchenette. The mattress firmness, and the shower water comfort temperatures were never issues before, even at the winter season, but will look into it. Update: The professional, who installed the shower and other faucets new 2 years ago, said it were installed, and operate according to the temperature limiting recommendations, to avoid the consumer's burns. Especially important for children, elderly, disabled.

Thank you very much for the nice 5-star review.

Susanne, Thank you for the review. Will be glad to host you again. Joseph

Unfortunately, it were the communication problems, for example guest had left the house unlocked when checked out, not mentioned any problems with anything in the house during the stay (although I had asked if there were any questions). The grass was cut only 3 days before the guest check in, and is cut about every week. The Left/ (and right) sink faucet is only 5 months old, always was and is running well. There are Tvs in the living room and kids bedroom (never advertised more than that). I had explained to guest that in Mt. Pleasant area could be multiple animals, that is why the warning sign (when off pavement) in the house itself and online. All what really could be done for this guest is build the kids playground, and place 4 TVs in the house, adding to existing 2. I ask other guests to communicate the problems immediately to me in order to avoid misunderstandings like described

Thank you very much for the great review. I will be happy to host you again at any time.

Dear Alicia, thank you for the review and recommendations. When the house is booked for the same day (often its the summer season), we can not accommodate your sudden extended stay, and one reason is the cleaner and maintenance team need time to prepare the property, Still, we can find the place for your belongings to leave for a few hours at premises, if you let us know upfront..

To be more specific: about 3 miles to Sullivan beach; about 7 miles to Isle of Palms; walk to marshes; 2 miles to Shem Creek

Dear Stacy, thank you for the review, being the great guest, and staying with us. I will be happy to host you again. Joseph

"Dear Joseph. Thank you for your kindness! The house was awesome. We enjoyed it" - this Guest written card notice to me. I brought that quote here because expected to see some encouraging words in the Guest's Public Review, too...

Chris, thank you very much for the good review. I appreciate your family stayed in the House, and will be glad to host you again. Joseph
