We had a wonderful family vacation ! The condo is spacious and comfortable, and the location can’t be beat. We loved sitting outside on the balcony after a day on the beach. Elizabeth was very responsive and super nice! We would definitely stay here again.

We were here for the Coastin By The Ocean event on the boardwalk. This property was extremely convenient to the boardwalk and beach. Only a short 2 1/2 block walk. It was a quiet neighborhood on a one way street. Garage parking was a bonus with lots of room to store beach cart. Kitchen well stocked if you want to cook but we never did. Condo is bright and sunny. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean but overall, condo could use a deep cleaning. Bring your own sheets and towels if you don’t want to launder them prior to check out. Wonderful balcony for early morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. Great communication with owner.

This home filled our needs quite well. The atmosphere was conducive to rest and relaxation indoors and the beach, boardwalk and funtimes available nearby (within short walking distance). It was a great stay and we would highly recommend it.

Just a great stay all around

Elizabeth and Tim connected a few days prior to check in to notify us of the process and provided directions. The condo was bigger than we expected. The pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, everything was clean. We had to dress our own beds with sheets and wash them prior to leaving which is completely understandable. Elizabeth and Tim were very communicative and quick to respond. The location was great. Close to the boardwalk and beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place

We stayed here for TROG, The Race of Gentlemen. This is a great location if you want to be away from the crowds, as it was a few blocks from where all the action was. The condo was very clean and roomy. We didnt mind laundering our sheets and towels before we left, so we didnt incur the $10 charge per load, but its a very small washer and dryer so it took a long time.

Lovely condo with a great location

This is my second time staying at this condo. The first time I was invited by a friend, this time I invited my friends. Its a great location. Very spacious. Love the walk in shower. The host is attentive and responsive. Thanks again for a great visit!!

Very nice place!

If not for the circumstance of arriving 24 hrs. into the Wildwood power outage (the cleaning lady had not been able to access the property between visitors), it all would have been ideal! I gave the location only 4 stars, because my husband and I were both suffering joint problems that week, and the walk to the boardwalk, and especially the beach, were pretty difficult for us, but our adult children and our grandchildren had no problem with it, except for the 6-yr-old. The icemaker in the refrigerator freezer was not working, so we bought ice cube trays to use there, and left them for others. There are only a few bowls suitable for eating cereal, and no non-stick frying pans. There are a number of cooking pots, but only found one that had a matching lid. But overall a very pleasant place to stay!

Beautiful property, I selected this particular one because it had 2queens n one king bed. We are all over 60 so the larger beds were a plus. Very convenient to restaurants and the boardwalk. Also close to Stone Harbor beaches

End of Summer Getaway No frills

First things first. The location was very good. About 2 and 1/2 blocks from the beach & boardwalk. Safe area. The house was well maintained. Fairly large space.The kitchen did have crumbs on the stove & on the bar stools that had to be addressed upon arrival. Plenty of pots & pans to cook a meal. Outdoor shower was very useful. The bed in the primary bedroom was beyond horrible. The mattress has definitely seen better days. It’s definitely doable if you bring your own sheets & blankets & pillows. Towels and paper products & trash bags. Also bring beach item’s toys chairs & such. No frills stay. We did enjoy our stay in Wildwood.

Perfect location

We were close enough to walk to the boardwalk and beach but far enough to not hear the noise. The place is very clean and spacious. We had 5 adults and had plenty of room. We enjoyed spending time on the deck too.

We rented homes in Wildwood for our whole lives and always dreamed of owning a beach house. We bought our home on Poplar Avenue in 2008 and have been enjoying its wonder ever since. We really enjoy sharing our dream vacation home with renters. We are always ready to answer any questions you have before, during and after your stay.

Our condo on Poplar Avenue, East is in the perfect location in Wildwood. The condo is safe, private, quiet and is convenient to all Wildwood has to offer. There are so many great restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. The beauty of North Wildwood to our North and Cape May to the South is all right here. We absolutely love this condo.
