Unit was ok

The unit was just ok. Dishwasher didn’t work. The comforters had stains, we had to wash them ourselves before using. The shower curtain in second bathroom had mold on it. Should be replaced.

Wonderful and relaxing!

The room was awesome, being on the 3rd floor made it even better. ( elevators take forever , so it was easy to walk the stairs!) The owner was always available if needed and is very nice. We have no complaints and will be back in the near future.

Overall good experience

Overall it was a great stay. Couldn't have asked for a better location and the space was fantastic. When I ran into an issue of not being able to find something Armen went out of his way to get it corrected. We will be back!

Great condo, Great location

The condo was exactly like pictured. It was very clean and conveniently located in town. All of the pools were very nice at the resort. The resort always (24 hours a day) had security walking the halls, around the pools, all around the property. Felt very safe the entire stay. Owner was easy to get in touch with, great communication. My only complaint is the elevators. This is a huge resort and only has 7 elevators located throughout. With this condo being on the 3rd floor we could easily walk the steps almost every time. I would not want to stay at this resort if I was not able to walk the steps. Some people were waiting 45 minutes on an elevator.

Outstanding Room

Great check in and check out instructions, great directions to get to our room. The room was beyond amazing, we literally had everything we needed in the room and the kids loved sitting on the balcony outside with us. Everything was nice and clean when we arrived! We highly recommend this condo!!

Excellent location and unit just like photos!

Great unit located very centrally, and exactly as described/ in photos. Very friendly for families with a high chair and pack&play available for use. Also the little bunk beds for the kids are so we'll decorated our little boy just LOVED it. There are lots of little breakable items so just watch clumsy fingers. Armen was attentive and gave great check in Instructions. Only slight recommendation would be to have a few more amenities available (coffee, more toilet paper etc). But overall was an excellent stay and would not only recommend but would also return.

Perfect Location is fabulous because you can park in the parking deck & walk directly to your room. If the Resort has crowed & you have elevator issues use the one in the parking garage it's quick & very convenient. Laketown Wharf has a very professional Security team that will make sure that no one is able to break the HOA rules and you and your loved ones are safe during your stay. Upon arrival, guests have to check-in with the Security Desk located in the front Lobby of the complex for parking passes and wristbands where they will need to present an ID and pay for parking
