Ottima la doccia e gli accessori tutti ben funzionanti e di qualità (lavatrice con asciugatrice, frigorifero, rubinetteria, deumidificatore, macchina per caffè, tostapane, etc, tutte di ottima marca ). Comodi i materassi. 🙁 Il monolocale è molto umido, posto su un piano ammezzato quasi a livello stradale, angusto ed inadeguato per tre persone. Il bagno non consente adeguata privacy per ubicazione e struttura (frontale al letto matrimoniale, solo in parte chiuso da muro e privo di porta)"

Tiny damp apartment with rats in the building

Upon our arrival, we felt that the apartment was very damp. It smelled of mold. Every day when we stepped out, we saw rats in the hall. On our last night there was no electrical power. As a result, we could not use heaters or a dehumidifier, it was very cold and humid in the apartment. Moreover, we could not take a shower, boil water, use the stove or a refrigerator. We had to pack in complete darkness because we had to leave soon. It was extremely difficult to clean after ourselves or wash dishes because we had no power, and it was dark in the apartment. We had been grossly inconvenienced. When I contacted the management, I was brushed off.

Le Cocoon 29 "No lo recomiendo para nada. Para empezar, olia mucho a humo de cigarro, la unica solucion que nos dio fue un spray para el olor (ibamos con una niña de 2 años, obvio que es muy toxico). Mucha humedad al tener la ducha en la habitacion y olor a ello. La calefaccion de la habitacion no funcionaba y nos dijo que nos arreglesemos con el de la cocina-sala y hacia mucho frio. Mucho polvo, la cuberteria sucia, la bajera y la manta para el sofa-cama usados/sucios. Y el tragaluz es… ilumina toda la habitacion. Teniamos reserva para tres noches y solo hicimos una, no se podia estar ahi. Nuestra peor esperiencia en airbnb, nos ha fastidiado las vacaciones."

Le Cocoon 29 "Excelente espaço mesmo no centro da cidade! 🙂 A localização é sem dúvida das melhores, mesmo no centro da cidade. Fica a 5 min do ""Place de la Bourse"" e a 10 min do ""Grand Théâtre"". Fácil de nos deslocarmos de um lado para o outro. Foi muito fácil obter as chaves e conseguimos inclusive fazer check in um pouco mais cedo. O espaço apesar de não muito grande é bastante acolhedor. O sofá-cama é bem espaçoso, dá perfeitamente para 2 pessoas dormirem. Éramos 3 pessoas e acabamos por optar por 2 pessoas dormirem no sofá e 1 na cama. A cozinha está equipada por completo e a casa tem arrumação para poderem guardar os vossos pertences. É um sítio que vou recomendar sem dúvida a amigos e familiares. 🙁 A casa de banho era dentro do quarto e não havia qualquer tipo de privacidade. Não existia porta para o WC(tínhamos de colocar música alta para não se ouvir ""sons"") e o chuveiro tinha portas completamente transparentes."

(poils, traces suspectes) Pareil pour les serviettes de toilette : traces de saleté Heureusement il y avait des draps et des serviettes de rechange sinon il n était pas possible de dormir dans ce logement Au prix facturé pour le ménage c est scandaleux ! Si vous êtes regardant sur la propreté …fuyez"

Best Location Ever

Beautiful apartment in the centre of the pedestrian dining and shopping areas. Close to the river front and the tram services. Steps from some of the major historical sites. Lots of room and amenities in the apartment.
