This bright and modern 14 m² studio is designed to offer everything you need for a comfortable stay in the heart of Chartrons. Compact yet cleverly arranged, it features a cozy double bed, a practical workspace with fast WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchenette including a dishwasher, stovetop and all essentials for easy cooking. Large windows bring in natural light throughout the day, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The studio also includes a contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower, fresh towels and toiletries provided. With smart storage solutions, efficient layout, and hotel-standard cleanliness, it’s a perfect base for exploring Bordeaux or working remotely in a calm environment.

Guests will have access to the entire studio. The studio is located on the ground floor, with a window on the street.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.


The owner has selected a list of his favourite places in the Chartrons but also in Bordeaux and will share it with you upon check-in, so you can experience the area as a true local!

Known as the historic cradle of the Bordeaux wines, the Chartrons district extends from the Public Garden to the docks, passing by the very cosmopolitan and trendy Notre Dame district.
Located on the banks of the Garonne River, the area still boasts memories of its maritime past, fed by the Bordeaux wine expedition. You can stroll around to enjoy the lively streets and many antique shops or stop for lunch in one of its many restaurants that abound on the pavements.

About 15 minutes away walking from the city center, the Opera and the rue Sainte-Catherine, it is perfect to have a quiet stay, but not too far from all the shops, bars and restaurants.

Tram C/D is 4 minutes from the studio and will take you through the historical to the Saint Jean train station.

By car, you can park on the street (with fees) or at the Cité Mondiale underground parking.

The studio is located on the ground floor (facing the street) and is very small (14 sq meters) but very well equipped. See it as a super room with a kitchen and everything you would need during your stay more than an apartment! We have installed curtains and translucent filters on the windows to maintain your privacy.

Please note that there is no AC in the apartment or in the building (it's very rare in Bordeaux and more generally in France) and it can get very hot during heatwaves. We have a fan available in the apartment, but if you are very sensitive to the heat, make sure to double check the weather forecast before booking.

We have a professional cleaning organised before and after your stay. Bedsheets, towels and few toiletries are also provided for your stay.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbours. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
