Overall great stay at a great price

Community is definitely recovering still but I can tell it’s amazing when up and going. Would have given 5 stars but the hot water was slim and drains struggled. It would be way better if you cut the palm trees blocking the beach view too!

Great location.

Great location but the shared patio provided more noise from the neighbors than we expected. But the access to the beach was great and we enjoyed a few great sunsets.

Beautiful apartment right on the beach

We stayed for 3 nights and it was great....we had plenty of room and the set up was perfect. We were literally 3 steps to the beach and could see the ocean from our couch. Gorgeous!

Great location

Great location. Great communication with property management. That was fabulous because I couldn’t figure out the code when I got there and they were very attentive and answered immediately with help.

Amazing Getaway

Everything about this stay was wonderful. The location was perfect. The unit was immaculate. You literally step out the front door to the pool and the back door leads to a great lanai and then you literally step from the screen door onto the beach. Restaurants, piers and shops were a short golf cart ride away (and the golf cart was there waiting for us through Zoom Around) when we arrived. My husband and I had one of the best getaways of our lives celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary. Thank you!!!!

Really Nice

Great spot for a small family. The beach was great and right there. Plenty of chairs for the patio. Pool was clean. Limited accessories for the actual beach, we went to Walgreen's for sand accessories, boogie boards, etc. Not enough beach towels for a family of 4, but again Walgreens came through. Nicely updated and clean, well managed. Would go back again.

Great location.

Bathroom exhaust fan is very loud. Can lights in ceiling need dimmer switches. Other than that, all was good.

Nice Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing I can say was they didn't even have 1 coffee filter for the coffeemaker. I'm not sure how we were supposed to know what type of filter to bring from home. I think we may be trying to cut costs just a wee bit too much.

Feedback

No smoking at all outdoors including in the screened in area would have been preferred . I could smell smoke while sitting outside in lounge chairs.

Great gulf views

My family of four (kids age 5 and 7) stayed here for Labor Day weekend. It was our first time to Anna Maria Island. While the condo was on the smaller side, it was certainly plenty for a long weekend. We have 2 travel kids air mattresses that fit on each side of the bed in the master bedroom, so the bedroom is a good size. The views were just amazing. You can see the gulf from the kitchen / living room. It really is as close as it is pictured. And the sunsets were beautiful. There were 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and some pool floats available for use in the condo. Coconuts (the complex) is a little bit "old Florida" style, but really, a lot of Anna Maria Island is that way. The complex was nice and quiet. The pool was great. AMI Locals was a great company to work with. Very responsive over text. I would definitely rent this condo again, as well as work with AMI Locals.

Loved it!

The location was great. Look out the back sliders and literally you’re looking at the beach. Very well equipped kitchen. Great water pressure in the shower. Plenty of towels for both the shower and the beach. Property managers were extremely accessible and responded immediately.

Beach getaway!

Nice place on the beach but little things were in need of fixing, cleaning or repairs. Could be better stocked (only one roll of toilet paper given etc...) but over all a nice place and fun family get away!

nice condos

it paid over $1500 for 2 days and we ask to ck in early but they would not allow us to come 1 minute before 4pm then they told us they would text the door code and they emailed it so I sat and waited for a text?. Lots of fees from everyone! I am very disappointed! The AMI locals is the rental company and they are horrible! I will avoid them in the future! The condo was nice but a family of snakes live in the bushes about 15 feet in front of the screened porch and this condo faced the beach. Condo looked newly remodeled and clean, but go thru the owner or vrbo to rent. Pool was old but it was fine.

An exceptional location on beach front!

Location, location, location.....very good! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental unit looks newly updated for the most part, but it would certainly benefit from a stackable washer/dryer, a newer refrigerator (handle was beginning to fall off), and a replacement sliding glass door( very rough opening and closing). The unit had a great number of cooking utensils, dining ware, etc. but could use a mini vacuum of some sort. But, with all that being said, we’d still return in a heartbeat! Loved it! Thank you.

Peaceful beachfront

We had a lovely stay! Thank you. My only negative feedback is that the cleanliness of the unit was less than expected (hair on the bathtub wall, pillowcase stained or dirty, dishes in cupboard less than clean). Also disappointed they did not have starter kit for coffee maker nor sample dishwasher pod, but Publix is nearby. Perfect location on quiet, beautiful beach with great restaurants (Beach Bistro, Sandbar) nearby. Thanks!

Perfect relaxing getaway!

Exactly what we were looking for! The rental was absolutely gorgeous and just as pictured and advertised. Nice view of the gulf. Everything needed included. The location couldn’t have been better. Steps to the beach and it was very quiet and private. Plenty of lounge chairs and outside seating. Nice pool just outside our room. Perfect sunset location. Everything we wanted from our vacation and the island was amazing. Definitely look forward to coming back. Thanks so much!

Great Stay

This was a great find for our vacation. The room was very clean, comfortable and at the beach! It was perfect for me and my husband. When we weren't enjoying the beach, we loved hanging out by the pool. We couldn't have asked for more.
