Get ready to relax in this completely renovated 2-bedroom 2 bathroom apartment "St Maarten" in Bradenton Beach. This quaint property is part of 4 units 2 shared heated pools and features 2 king beds, a cozy living room with an additional queen bed pull-out, and 2 bathrooms. "St. Maarten" comes with a beach cart, beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs and 6 beach towels for the short walk to the beach access. You will enjoy the serene atmosphere and modern amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine. Our location is within walking distance to plenty of amazing local restaurants and attractions with a free trolly stop just 2 blocks away to get you anywhere you need to go. If you are looking to add more family/friends this is a private compound offering 4 total units with additional pool - look for VRBO "St. Maarten" or VRBO "St. John", inquire for a family/friends rate on multiple units. We had such an amazing stay at the St Maarten house. We are both seniors and we really love that the house is a short walk to the beautiful beach. My husband & I enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to be back. It is definitely our home away from home in Anna Maria Island. The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The host, Stephan, was so kind & gracious. He gave us recommendations of great places to eat and things to do. But truly, the beach is so nice, all we did was swim, eat, sleep, repeat. We’ll be back. Hopefully, very soon.

We had such a wonderful stay! Stephan was an amazing host—he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our last-minute work trip. He responded quickly to every question and gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, which made our downtime even better. The place was well-stocked, comfortable, and perfect for what we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Condition and cleanliness of the property were excellent. Location was great. Owner communication was clear and prompt.There was some confusion about pool access from the listing. Instead of four units sharing two pools, signage on the property showed three units share one pool and the second pool is not shared.Overall, we greatly enjoyed the property and location.

We enjoyed the stay! Comfortable beds, beach gear, pool was directly adjacent to the apartment. You could see pool to keep eyes on kiddos swimming from kitchen, but could also hear the noise from pool with one of the bedrooms facing pool area. It was a short walk to beach and had water hose out front to rinse sand. We got there a little before check in and had no issues getting inside. Location perfect.

Great location! Quick walk to beach and centrally located in the island so it was easy to get anywhere. The owner was very accessible and accommodating! I would stay here again for sure!!

No complaints!

Absolutely seamless vacation thanks to Stephan! The unit was spotless upon arrival. You are literal steps from a great beach spot that isn’t over crowded. The pool is just the right size to cool off and kids can play. We rented a golf cart but with this location it’s not really necessary! 100% we will be back!

Great place to stay

The apartment was clean and the layout was awesome. We had a family of five and everyone had plenty of room. The beds are very comfy and my teenagers really enjoyed the pool and the location. It was in walking distance to the beach and the bay. I’m met the owner and he was very nice. We didn’t have any issues at all with our stay. We will stay again next year if the property is open on the dates we need.

Beautiful two bedroom condo with a pool. Very clean. Had all the essentials you need in the kitchen. The host was very friendly and helpful. Very close to the beach took 5 min. to walk there. We will definately be back.
