Weekend at the beach

Location is great, great price point, easy access to all things in Myrtle Beach. Parking passes save 15 dollars a day. Overall, I’d book this place again and again

Great

Property was a little confusing to navigate at first but we got the hang of it. The room is really cute and very clean. It is very close to the pool, but it closes pretty early so it didn’t bother us. Great communication from the property owner and answers any questions very quickly.

Misleading

We were first put in a room without a balcony (which was not listed at time of booking) and when we called we were unable to get another room for a few days. No compensation was offered, even after explaining to them my mother was disabled and unable to physically go to the beach, and relief on the balcony to be able to experience the beach. However when we did eventually get moved, the new room was not clean whatsoever- hair in the bathtub and an absurd amount of sand on the beds upon arrival- which makes me question whether or not they change the sheets after each stay. There was a ton of construction at our time it stay- so loud all day every day. Despite advertising 17 bodies of water- only a few were open and had zero outdoor options. The laundry room was under construction as well. plan on bringing your own towels for bathing as well- for a weeklong stay for 3 adults we were given 2 bath towels and were told we would be charged when we requested more. Extremely unhappy with our stay and wish someone would have even attempted to make it right.

The room was not clean when we checked in, had to email and call several times before the cleaning crew came; also the pics are not what is representative of what the room is actually like; the tv was deactivated for 24 hours and then reactivated without notice; also there are bed bugs. Still recovering from bites. Will never stay here again.

Convenient to everything

I usially stay on higher up floors but decided on this place taking a chance on the view. I am totally impressed! Sat on the balcony most evenings! Walked pretty much everywhere. Great choice

At Coastal Properties, our properties are privately owned by either me or my clients and are all very well taken care of. Landmark Resort is located at 1501 S Ocean Blvd. There are many indoor and outdoor pools at the resort. Guests can use all the pool amenities located in the main Landmark Resort building, but not the ones across Ocean Blvd by the garage building, as these are owned by a third-party company and not by the resort.
