Excellent getaway for small family!

We loved the space with our 2 toddlers. It was clean and spacious enough for our family with a nice kitchen too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying here but had a/c problems when we arrived. It was resolved fairly quickly.The only complaint we have on this unit is that the master shower takes forever for the water to get hot and it really isn't very hot. With this being said, we will be staying at Starky Properties again. Enjoyed our visit/ stay.

Decent Affordable Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo had everything we needed. The two swimming pools and playground for the kids were nice. Location is convenient for drive on beach access road and getting into town for meals. Outdoor private porch with TV and fans was a nice touch. Only had a few minor issues:1. For the 3 Roku TVs, there was only 1 Roku remote. Tried to request additional remotes, but never got a response. Property management office is closed after 5PM and on the weekends, which is an issue for a vacation rental, where check in isn’t until 4PM.2. Found a very large, like 3 inch long, cockroach living in the master bathroom.3. Property said it was non smoking, but found dozens of cigarette butts in the Backporch/alleyway rock beds.4. Dishes left in the dishwasher from previous guests.5. Master bathroom had chunks of grout left on the tile from recent renovation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed several times in Pirates Bay and always love it. We loved this unit. It was very family friendly. We loved how close it was to the pool. I do have one complaint and one suggestion for the property owners. My complaint is we never had hot water the entire time we were there. You call a number and have to leave a voicemail with no one to talk to. My suggestion is put a set of twin over full bunk beds in one of the rooms. All of my kids had to share a bed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Costal Cowboy was amazing. We so enjoyed the privacy that each unit had. My grandgirls really enjoyed the outdoor shower as did I. It was very quiet and relaxing and everything inside the condo was perfect. Beautiful furniture and beautifully decorated. Everyone at the management company was very kind and the checkin and checkout process was very easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

Pretty Perfect

This place was super cute, spotless, and comfortable. The only downside was that the beds were advertised as “queens”, when in fact they were full/double beds. Not an issue for us, but could be for larger folks. Otherwise, this place was great!
