The Pelican Condominium offers the perfect combination of comfort and location. After a day of sun and fun, retreat to the cozy living room or prepare a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the extra large balcony and take in the expansive beach views. Sun by the large pool or utilize the sport court for more outdoor fun. Make use of one of our 9 barbecue picnic areas to grill and mingle with family and friends. Our convenient location is within walking distance of town, where you can explore local shops, indulge in delicious cuisine, try your hand at fishing or simply explore the island's natural habitats and trails.

With its prime location, modern amenities, and plenty of space for up to 8 guests, The Pelican Condominium is the perfect home base for your next Port Aransas vacation. Book your stay today and experience the ultimate coastal getaway!

PLEASE NOTE: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book/check in. Reservations by those under 25 will be canceled.
You’ll receive all check-in information via email, including your access code for the electronic door lock. The access code will be sent on the day of check-in to the email address you provided when booking. When you arrive, please stop by the front office to check in and pick up parking passes for each vehicle. Be prepared to provide the license plate number, make, and model for each vehicle in your group. We’re here to help get you settled in, then we’ll give you space to relax and enjoy your stay. If you need anything at all, we’re just a call or message away!

THE MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25. No Exceptions! Please note, that we are a family-friendly property! The guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement.
Check-in 4PM - Check-out 11AM. No smoking. No pets. No parties/events. ALL pool rules must be followed!

Great location and beautiful condo!

This condo has everything you need and want for a week at the beach. Spacious bedrooms, clean, kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable couches and beds. Short walk to the beach, pool and pickle ball courts and close to coffee shops and shopping. We loved our time here. Great communication from manager as well! I would highly recommend this incredible place.

The Pelican delivers a memorable experience!!!!

The Pelican always delivers a fun and memorable experience. The kids enjoyed the pool and loved the access to the Beach. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we need. Lots of space and the bedrooms were nice and cozy. We will definitely book a stay with the Pelican again.

Was amazing

This place was incredible, pool was fantastic, loved how rooming the place was, not to mention so clean. We especially, loved the walking distance to the beach, wasn’t far at all, and so close to everything, just a quick drive to the stores, bars & restaurants. I (we) will definitely be booking our vacations here in the future summers 😃🏖️
