Patricia booked our tinyhouse from 10.15 to 10.19.25. She even extended 1 extra day. Our tinyhouse measures 20 x10 feet like a standard hotel room. She was friendly, kind and communicated well. Thank you for your compliment to my hosting style. It means alot, amazing how many guests after VIP concierge hosting dont take a moment to leave us a review. The algorithm market our properties based upon our reviews, so thank you! I appreciate your level of mature and respectful of communication ...........for example inquiring where to place the refuse from your trash bag, or that you did not use our towels etc., and pics of your adorable pooch and travel companion named, Miss Marvelous! We enjoyed hosting both you and your fur baby. We are pet friendly and currently do not charge an extra pet fee. You expressed an interest in booking with us again in the future. He took care of out adorable tinyhouse and communicated exceptionally well! He even added a family member to his booking to join him during his stay!! His family member has booked one of our campers from 7.29 to 8.29.23! We look forward to hosting him again. I have hosted thousands of guests in 34 listings. Based upon your review it seems like you enjoyed a 5 star stay to me!! I think that you can call Vrbo and request to change it😉. Kathy booked our tinyhouse to visit family in Atlanta 3.2 to 3.5.23. She communicated well. She left us a lovely note in our sign in booklet and left our Enchanted Cottage as she found it. She indicated that she may book with us again and even viewed one of our campers as well. Take care! Dr. M

Vrbo guest Diego booked our adorable tinyhouse for 5 weeks the day after Angel from 6.22 to 7.29.23 and left us a lovely 5 star review which you can read above!! Angel booked our adorable tinyhouse 6.17 to 6.21.23 for about $45/ night to book less than 1 mile from downtown Atlanta with free parking when available!! I have hosted thousands of guests!!! This review is bogus! Angel is a racist who wrote a racist, retaliation review. Vrbo need to remove this garbage as it shows Vrbo complicit in allowing racist reviews. She is heard saying that she does not have a problem with the neighborhood. If so, why state that you do not have a problem with the neighborhood? We are located in a diverse neighborhood as shared in our listing that if you are racist or fearful to please not book our adorable tinyhouse and contribute to "unconscious bias". The guest stayed 3 days which was the duration of the event that she was intown to participate for the PIXIES and a mini vacay. If there was any issue with my property Angel would have contacted me on the first day right and certainly not stayed for 2 nights and 3 days right? She and her husband smoked inside and outside of my property causing a $200 deep cleaning fee which Angel owes me. My property is a non smoking property!!! I sent the security alarm camera video footage to Vrbo as well. We have security camera video of Angel and her husband enjoying their stay sitting outside in the evenings for up to 2 to 3 hours enjoying our outdoor table and chairs. They were enjoying drinks outside for hours as well. Our tinyhouse is adorable, professionally cleaned with a high guest review rating! Our listing shared that our tinyhouse was a converted shed with a small environmental footprint utilizing existing wood for the fireplace mantle, exposed wood beams, antique chandelier etc. The tinyhouse written listing is accurate with the loads of amenities that we offer including free parking when available, Television with Dish satellite, fast wifi, air conditioning specified for the tinyhouse, bed linen, towels, bathtub and shower, microwave, Copper Chef induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, Coffee, tea, creamer, sweetener etc. All within the fenced in backyard. Clearly, Angel is being dishonest in an attempt to leave an untrue review to harm me. We will seek legal action against her. We look forward to hosting you in the future!! Dr. M

Mr. Harbin, We are located less than 1 mile away from Mercedes Benz Stadium, GA World Congress Center, GA Aquarium, CNN Center, Fully fitted authentic 1950's converted garage/storage shed into an adorable, eclectic, bohemian styled tinyhouse where modern meets farmhouse styled interior design including exposed wood beams and reclaimed wood found inside and used to make mantles and wall shelving. It was lovely to host you......easy to communicate, friendly, upheld checkin and checkout instructions guest. Would host again. Dr. M.

July 16 to July 21, 2025 This lady was a real piece of work. She booked for 2 guests, then at the last minute messaged that her teenage son was also with her. The tinyhouse books 2 guests. She needed to fly the son with her son to see his father in another city I agreed to allow her son as a third unauthorized unbooked person in my property to stay with her until she boarded her flight and took him to visit his dad, then she contacts me and says that they missed their flight, and that because the tiny house only accommodate 2 guests that they were not going to stay So how is it our fault that you booked a third person without permission to show up at my property? And then leave me a terrible review when you didn't have any issue with the property at all. It just didn't meet your needs because you booked for 2 people and showed up with 3 people. This review should be removed as it is an untrue and irrelevant review that does not have any written narrative. As to why the guest would leave me such an irrelevant review.

Lindiwe booked our beautiful tinyhouse from 5.9 to 5.12.25. She brought an authorized visitor onto my property, without my knowledge nor permission. When I called her on it, she lashed out in anger so I expected a retaliation review. It is disturbing how those getting caught doing wrong retaliate instead of apologize. She and her friend brought a man back to my tinyhouse very late in the evening. No judgment, but he was not part of the reservation as the tinyhouse only accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. We offer monitored security cameras for guests comfort and detected an unauthorized person. Only booked guests are allowed on the property for the safety and security of all occupants. This is a retaliation review as she enjoyed her stay with us. Vrbo. Please remove this irrelevant, untrue, retaliation review. Airbnb remove these types of reviews as they do not use any words to support rating my listing 2 stars, so future guests do not have a basis for comparison to decide to book my lovely listing with about a 4.5 overall host review rating. I have hosted over 10, 000 guests in 2 countries, 3 states and 4 cities with about 4.5/5.0 overall review rating in homes, apartment, tinyhouse, campers, private bedrooms etc. Please remove Lindiwe review.
