This unit was very clean and the check-in was super easy! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The only downside is it’s a pretty far walk to the beach and not a great path! But we had a great time!!

This was our third multi generational stay at Shipwatch at the Omni Resort. We enjoy the oceanfront location as we spend most of our days at the beach. With three toddlers in tow, it is a lot of steps to the beach with our gear, but we managed. Easy to return to the villa for lunch and naps. Uncrowded beach good for walks, runs, bikes, body surfing and sand castle building. The property is spacious, well kept, up to date and quiet. The beach closet with lots of needed beach gear was greatly appreciated as were the beach towels. The sunrise view from the balcony was lovely each morning. We can recommend without reservation and intend to return again next year.

A Hidden Gem in Amelia Island

We have stayed at multiple condos at Shipwatch and this one was - by far - the most amazing! The unit was in amazing shape, plus having beach and pool accessories for the kids was an amazing plus. You can't beat the view and location, and we will certainly be back!!!!

We had an amazing experience here. It was well appointed with a gorgeous kitchen and beautiful view!! The property manager was easy to communicate with and accessible if needed. Would highly recommend this property. The amenities provided made our trip extra special!

Best Condo in Fernandina Beach

This is the perfect place! The condo is beautiful, well maintained, with a lovely ocean view. It is equipped with everything you could possibly want & the owner was very accommodating! I highly recommend it!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and well kept. Lots of extras were included. Our host was friendly. Highly recommend this property. Will definitely stay here again.

Anchor Away is a small, family-run, boutique vacation rental team. As a mother and three daughters working together, we’re able to provide the personal attention and care that can sometimes be missing with larger property management companies. We’re hands-on, we genuinely care about our guests, and we’re always here to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.

We will be your vacation hosts, and as our guest, you’re our top priority. We’re always available to answer questions, share our favorite local recommendations, suggest great restaurants and activities, or quickly help resolve anything that may come up during your stay.

Our trusted cleaners and handymen also live nearby, which means that if an issue does arise, we can respond quickly and get it taken care of. We work hard behind the scenes to make sure your vacation is as comfortable, relaxing, and stress-free as possible.

We have spared no details or expense to make sure you are comfortable during your vacation. Our number one goal is to have you return for future vacations. Our condo has 'high-quality, name-brand' furniture & mattresses, linens, small kitchen appliances, towels, dishes, cookware, etc. We have created an environment within the condo that will hopefully tempt you to go ahead and book your next vacation with us ~ while still at our condo! The amenities at Shipwatch are superior to any condo I've stayed at in Amelia. The pool is over-sized and has a great deck area (including an area with covered tables).

You will receive a 'Welcome Packet' (via email) before your arrival that will provide you with all of the information you need (for a smooth check-in, and additional details to enhance your stay). Our Packet also includes restaurant suggestions, info on fun activities located on or near the Resort (ie bike rentals, golf cart rentals etc.), golf course suggestions, door codes, WiFi instructions, and so much more that will be a great reference for you during your vacation.
