I have stayed in over 30 VRBO rentals all over the world so I have a good variety of properties for comparisons.I will start with the positive, the location is terrific and the property's amenities were great! Overall the unit was aesthetically pleasing with lots of room. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pots and pans for cooking. The balcony was spacious and comfortable with excellent views of the beach.The negatives were the details. The condo sleeps 10, but there were only 8 towels, no extra pillow cases, although there were extra pillows and not enough silverware for the number of guests. The kitchen water squealed while it was running and the faucet was so small you couldn't get a pot under it to wash it. When we arrived, there was dried spaghetti sauce running down the front of the kitchen cabinets. There is no filtered drinking water in the unit, I would expect filtered water in the refrigerator or a filter on the kitchen faucet in Florida, everyone know the water is not good for drinking. There were no condiments, not even a salt or pepper shaker, nor any kitchen drying towels. The sofa was comfortable but needs the upholstery cleaned, it is white. The shower in the primary bathroom is original to the unit and small with mold growing in the caulk, it was not updated when the rest of the condo was remodeled. There are no beach accessories- umbrellas or chairs. You can rent them, but they are not included in the rental of the condo. I would not rent this unit again, I would rent in this building.
