Overall this was a wonderful stay for our family. The room was like the pictures, reasonably clean and spacious. The only negative gif is was the parking fees, 110 for 2 cars was quite a bit more than we normally would pay. Otherwise we had a great family trip.

Amazing room!

We stayed for 6 nights as a family of 6 plus my mother! We all had an amazing time. We will definitely being staying again in the future!

Great Location but unit was not bad

Bathroom reno left something to be desired. Small shower with a low head. Patio furniture was pretty rough as well. Location on the beach was great which the real reason for being there.

Clean and updated property!

We stayed here in April 2025 for a cheer competition. This was our 4th time in Orange Beach and our second time staying at Phoenix VI. The condo was clean and updated, appliances were nice and new and all working great. We really enjoyed the big balcony at this unit! The only “criticism” I would give is that the bathrooms could use an update. This was the perfect size for our family of 5!

Well thought out

The fact that the beds were elevated enough to store all our luggage and extra crates under the bed was a real plus. It did not feel like the beds were high. I wish all unit had these beds.

Family including teens had a blast

Phoenix VI was a great location! Impressed at how easy the check-in process was. I received multiple emails and text before, during and after our stay. We had zero issues but feel like if we had, I would have known whom to contact. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the convenience of renting chairs, umbrellas, and paddleboards, the pool was great, we used the grills one day, loved the fans inside to keep floor dry and to dry our feet, the water hoses along the board walk were smart, loved that my kids could log into our streaming apps on the TV. No complaints. We will be back!

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay. This property had some issues with mold around the guest tub and rust on both shower bars. It could use an update, but the beds were comfortable, as were the sofa/chairs in the den. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice visit with the family.

Location of property is perfect. Nice large balcony. Spacious property. Downsides include the lack of lighting. Outdoor recliners are uncomfortable. Oven was cleaned with something that made it impossible for us to use it. Unfortunately this meant tossing out our first meal. Things that need to be addressed include the quality of the towels. They are simply unacceptable for a property such as this. And again, no matter what we did we could not get ample lighting into the main area of the property. Would we stay at Phoenix VI again? Yes. Would we stay in this union again? Probably not.

Plugs would fall out of wall sockets or sockets did not work at all - couldn't get Superbowl on the tv - poorly equipped kitchen - 1 wine glass no salt and pepper - reported but no-one came

Marine life living

Property was in perfect proximity to grocery stores, entertainment, restaurants, liquor stores, and of course the beach. We saw dolphins, sharks, stingrays, schools of fish, crabs, and even other ocean creatures everyday. Excellent waters for snorkeling with beautiful clear waters at 6ft. Sand was soft and clean. Property was a little dirty when we arrived and coffee maker didn’t work, but I made management company aware and they had a service rep over right away to make a repair to the bathroom drainage and we even received a brand new coffee maker the same day I reported it broken. The boardwalk from complex to beach is very long and the elevators where not so quick. Other than those two small discrepancies, I would recommend this rental to friends and family.

Very good experience. Didn't have hot water when we first arrived. I called the number given and soneonsle was at the condo within 1/2 hour to assess. Issue was fixed promptly. Common areas much cleaner than other Phoenix properties we've stated in previous years.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

Condo was filthy. The carpets were disgusting. The bedroom walls were scuffed and had dirty handprints everywhere. Bed linens were dirty and I had to wash them before we went to sleep. Keurig had not been cleaned out from prior renter and dirty dishes were in the cabinets. Kitchen sink was clogged which we had to fix. This condo should not be rented out until it is deep cleaned and at least a fresh coat of paint.

Would stay here again

Everything was very good. Had a problem and they had it fixed immediately. Would recommend this place. The beds in the double room aren't very comfortable, but the other two beds are.
