Nice place. Bathrooms are a bit small and master bathroom very slow draining on showers and sinks. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Good location and close to restaurants and stores.

The property was clean and had great view of the beach. The property was close to grocery stores and entertainment. There was construction going on in the unit above which did put a damper on relaxing sometimes, however, this is out of the host's control

Great location & view; minor touch-ups needed to paint & furniture, but maintenance request about refrigerator was promptly attended & repaired.

Beautiful View

We have stayed at this building a few times. All the amenities keep everyone busy. Beautiful view from the balcony. Property manager was easy to get a hold of and had great communication. Location is perfect for all activities on the area. We all had a great time.

Good place

Process from beginning to end was simple. Communication from property manager was great. Condo was clean, plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Property was good with plenty of activities for mom, dad, and teens.

Had a wonderful time!

The condo was great! This was our first experience with staying in a condo so lots of things to remember for next time! It was nice that it was right on the beach. The view was amazing! Everything was wonderful! We will be back!

Family vacation

Overall we had a very pleasant experience! The customer service was top-notch. The only reason I didn’t give a five star review was because it wasn’t the cleanest place we have ever been. Most of the dishes in the kitchen needed to be re-washed before we could use them. We also didn’t love how we had buy garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. I’m not taking a star off for that though because they did tell us before hand. It’s just inconvenient to have to figure out what to do with the left over items when your trip is over and you have to travel back home. Overall though we really enjoyed our time and would stay here again.

Family time

The condo and property is just as it’s listed and pictured. The view from the balcony was nice and we enjoyed the boardwalk to the beach and the multiple hoses for spraying off after your walks on the beach. The condo had all the things you need to make yourself comfortable. The pros we had are: loved the full size washer/dryer, the nice furniture on the balcony, easy parking and plenty of elevators. They worked very hard to keep the floors dry on the beach level and around the elevators. The cons we had are: beds were so so (pillows were nice and had plenty on each bed), the pool was nice but the steps in/out of the pool were a bit hard for someone with hip issues or the elderly, it was a very high step up. The living room furniture could use a good cleaning. We enjoy the Orange Beach/ Gulf Shores area. Tried a few new restaurants this year and was pleased with them. Pizza on the Pass was great! Loved the thin crust and the fried cheese wedges. The Sunliner Diner- was very tasty and great service. We always make a trip to Lambert’s Cafe it’s a tradition and it never disappoints. Over all enjoyed the condo and time with the family.

Nice place to get away.

We enjoyed our stay!! A few ideas to make the place stellar: New mattress & springs in Queen only room. Bunk beds in room w/ 2 queens (no room for 4 people to put their belongings). Shelving unit in kitchen area, instead of table w/ boom box. More than one towel per guest & places to hang towels. Otherwise a nice place to get away.

Girls trip

Very nice condo, great location Only suggestion would be to have enough towels and washcloths for the number of guests registered to stay. We had 8 people registered and there was not enough for each person to have one of each. Overall the place was clean, I think the cleaning crew missed vacuuming the sofa area and not sweeping the kitchen, lots of chips and some sand left behind 😊 Would definetely stay here again!

Great location

The suite was in a great location. Just a few steps from the beach. The unit was equipped with the appliances and dishes needed. The beds looked clean and were comfortable. The unit is a bit dated and there were many areas where the walls needed to be painted. There was no cleaning products and the unit was not very clean. I wiped a towel across the floor and it came up black. The floors were really nasty. The TV’s were old and hard to navigate. The unit is in a great area but need some tender loving care.

Pheonix VI corner condo

Condo was clean and had great views from the 8th floor balcony. Liked having a balcony off of the master BR as well. Master bath (mostly the shower) was a little small. Amenities were good. Indoor pool and hot tubs were clean and great on the cool days or evenings. The outdoor pool was very cold. Beach was beautiful!

Nice condo with lots of amenities

My family had a great time staying at this Orange Beach condo. The unit was clean with comfortable beds and located on the corner of the condo complex with a great view of the beach. The indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained. Check-in/out was easy.
