We had a great stay and the apartment was perfect for our family! The location is great, walking distance to Las Ramblas, Gothic Quarter, Barceloneta beach and so many restaurants, shops, cafes and markets. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place

We had a very enjoyable stay. Location was great. Space was wonderful. Loved the welcome gift. We would most definitely stay here again. Easy check-in and out process. Very nice touches throughout the apartment.

Wonderful

We had a party of six staying together while exploring Barcelona before our family cruise. The location was absolutely wonderful! We could walk to the Sea, the Gothic Quarter and other nearby neighborhoods. The communication with the management office was outstanding! Any question was immediately answered on WhatsApp. What we really loved is the air conditioning in the apartment! Every time we walked in, we breathed a breath of fresh air! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend for a party of six or smaller.

Family trip

We rented 2 apartments for our family of 8. They were in the perfect location, clean and well equipped. We loved the rooftop pool area after a long, hot day of sightseeing. The staff at Enjoy BCN were AWESOME!!!

Perfect Location

Our biggest complaint is the pillows! Not only were they thin but there was only one per person! Please be kind to your guests and buy some nicer pillows with 4 per bed! Also, please say in the listing that the washer dryer is NOT in the room but on lower level! Thank you!!!!

Christmas Perfection

An absolutely fabulous property in a wonderful, yet quiet location. Very secure gated building, with every amenity a family could want. Very helpful and delightful staff at Enjoybcn - even baited us with a gift on Christmas. Everything we wanted and more!! Thank you for making our vacation perfect!!

Wonderful in every way!

My three young adult children and myself stayed here for one week in the last week of October. We were so impressed by this apartment. It was in the perfect place, central to everything and easily within walking distance to most things we wanted to see. The apartment was extremely clean, beautifully modern, and equipped with everything we needed. The secured entrance was off a small alley with gates, locked at night, so very secure. It was within a short walking distance to the beach, right in the historic Gothic quarter, and close to our favourite place to have dinner, Placa Reial. Right across the street was a wonderful bakery, and a small supermarket, which we visited daily. Thank you enjoybcn for being organized, great communicators, and making sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation! We would recommend this apartment to any of our friends and family as it went beyond our expectations.

Amazing time in Barcelona

A central location within steps of shopping, bars, restaurants and markets. The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. The rooftop pool was a bonus. And Ivan was great with check-in — recommending local spots for our first night. We would absolutely stay here again!

Really consider the benefits of a hotel in Barcelona first….

Positives: I liked the proximity to the port and that we were located within the Gothic District and laundry machines. However, the apartment smelled the entire time there must’ve been something in the ventilation system, but so did the building outside. Power went out several times and the smell of sewage is pervasive, particularly by this apartment. I did not feel that the apartment was cleaned the way a hotel would be. Specifically, we found large amounts straight and curly pubic hairs on the floors in the corners throughout the entire.The air conditioning also had a hard time reaching temperature, which made it extremely warm. We also found that the staff rigid and not understanding. Shocking since EnjoyBCN owns over 100 units. As many Americans are aware the flights land too early. Despite multiple requests for an early check-in since making the reservation months ago they were unable to accommodate us and I understood and I had no issue with that. What I had an issue with was lack of care and understanding-they practically threw us out of their waiting area in their office where they held luggage. We were sleep deprived because of the time difference and had nowhere to go. This is where the benefit of a hotel is better than this. Hotels allow early arrival guests comforts and mange them with accommodations if rooms are not ready. Spend the extra money and get multiple hotel rooms if you need to. I also paid for towels that never came. Still awaiting the credit back.

Very nice apartment

This is very close to Las Rambla and a short walk from the seaside and very close to taxi stands to get around the city. The apartment was very nice comfortable. Great stay.

By metro: 1 minute from the Barceloneta Beach. Just 3 minutes from the Vila Olímpica, Passeig de Gràcia and Plaça Catalunya, 6 stops from the Sagrada Família and the Parc Güell and 7 minutes from Montjuïc.


The rooftop communal pool is 4.25 meters long by 2 meters wide.
