Thank you for your detailed review! We're so glad you enjoyed the location and found it convenient to be within walking distance of the beach, bay, Belmont Park, restaurants, and shops. It's wonderful to hear that the layout worked well for your group and that having a private bathroom for each room added to your comfort. We appreciate your understanding regarding the sand—being so close to the beach does make it a constant challenge, but we'll be sure to share your feedback about the bunk bed linens with our housekeeping team. We'll also pass along your comments about the blinds and barn doors as we continue making improvements to the home. Thank you for your kind words about our communication and hospitality. We're delighted we could help make your stay enjoyable and stress-free. We'd love to welcome you back for another beach getaway in the future!

So glad you and your family enjoyed your stay! It’s a big house and with our beach salty air, always projects in motion to keep the home in good condition. Thank you for your feedback regarding the balcony, this matters. Rust is a big challenge at the beach and we are currently in talks with a vendor for alternative materials that can withstand the beach environment and aesthetically pleasing. We hope you’ll be our guest again soon and can check out what’s new!

Being basically new to VRBO rentals we thought the list of do's and don't's was pretty extensive. Don't know if that is common with other VRBO properties.

This beach house is great. A 2 min walk from the water, and good sets of bedrooms. The host is communicative and nice. There are instructions on everything. The property has some quirks, the Internet was practically unusable, and the beds aren't great, but overall a very solid place to have family and friends for a beach vacation.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

So this isn't a cheap condo for beach rentals. It is a custom built house with custom tile work, a custom kitchen, a private courtyard with grill and hot tub, ocean views, a real 2 car garage, a private bath for each of the 5 bedrooms, all steps from the beach and 2 minute walk from Belmont Park.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Enjoy upscale privacy in a great location less than 100 yards to the beach and less than 2 minutes from Belmont Park. Great for the whole family, and kid friendly. Come back from the beach and enjoy the hot tub in the private courtyard.

Lots of great nearby restaurants, but you need not go out for every meal if you don't want...there is a grill in the courtyard and a custom kitchen. Go out on the town or just relax by the beach...it is up to you.

We love it here and sincerely hope you do too!
