Summary:

Unwind in our recently renovated, chic oceanfront condo! Wake up to breathtaking views, soak in the salty sea breeze from your private balcony, and fall asleep to tranquil waves. Enjoy modern comfort just steps from pristine beaches. Perfect location for beach lovers looking for a relaxing getaway. Your seaside paradise awaits!



The Space:

Our condo is air conditioned! Don't believe anyone who says you don't need A/C in the summer - the condos along the beach are extremely hot on summer days. This unit is part of a seven unit complex. In order to access the unit, you will need to walk up two flights of stairs.



Guest Access:

Door PIN will be sent just prior to your arrival. Please note it doesn't activate until your scheduled check-in time.



Other Things to Note:

Keep in mind that the parking area is pretty tight. A large truck won’t fit, so if you do have a large truck, you’ll need to park on the street above (Pacific St). A minivan (since it can make tighter turns) will fit as well smaller trucks and sedans. There is possible construction noise from our neighbor Mon - Sat during work hours. By booking, you are aware that loud noise won't be an issue for you and there will be no discounts or refunds given if construction occurs during your stay.

This was the perfect place for our family of 4, kids are young so we’re able to share the pull out couch. Location and ocean views were AMAZING and we loved sleeping to the sound of the waves! Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay, the views were awesome, the location was even better!! Literally right next to everything, the amenities were nice as well. The place was immaculately clean. The furnishings and amenities were very nice, the bed was comfortable. The best thing was the ocean and sunset view from an upper floor balcony.

The view is amazing! We woke up the first day and saw dolphins playing in the surf! The place is nice and clean and has everything you need. It’s walkable to lots of great restaurants and Nick is very quick to respond. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Oceanside!

The location is extremely convenient. With lots of walkable restaurants, bars, the pier. The view is amazing! It was equipped with everything I needed for my two night stay! Totally recommend staying there

Perfect little retreat

This place was wonderful! The view is spectacular. the balcony was a great place to watch the sunset and sunrise. It had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. I would definitely choose this place again!

Great location! lots of stairs. We slept very comfortably. You won't be able to park a big truck in the parking spot. Parking on the street and in public parking lots (for a fee) was not too bad. Overall good experience.

A great place to stay in Oceanside.

A great place to stay in Oceanside. Great location with excellent views of the ocean and easy walking access to places to eat and drink in Oceanside. It was nice to fall to sleep each night with the sound of the waves, and then get up each morning for a walk on the beach. I'll definitely be back.

Highly Recommend

We had a great time at this place. The place was clean, close to everything and steps from the beach. The view from the patio is amazing too and hearing the waves throughout the day and night made it even better.

Great stay

My family and I really enjoyed every minute of our trip. The location is perfect, a very short walk to the beach and pier. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment itself was clean and updated. It had all the comforts of home. We’d definitely stay there again!

We absolutely loved the location of this unit! The view is amazing from the balcony! Host did a good job staying in communication with us, especially when we had issues with the keypad code. Also nice that host provided basic items such as dish soap, tp, etc. to get us through the majority of our 10 day stay. The beach chairs, body boards & sand building tools available were so handy to have. I will say, it would've been nice if the coffee maker wasn't just the kind that uses the pods (we don't have anything that fancy at our house & it would've been nice to make more than 1 cup @ a time) & the water pressure in the shower could've been better. My husband thought it was fine but it took me forever to wash my longer hair. Some additional hangers would've also been nice but I was glad some an iron was at least available. Although there isn't really a comfortable spot to use the small tabletop ironing board. Yes, there is a parking spot dedicated to the unit, but the driveway to get in & out of it was difficult to do so. Not sure how 2 cars could easily use the spots at the same time. We ended up parking on the street at the top of the stairs most nights & would only pull the car into the driveway just to load up & head out. Location is very walkable to downtown where you will find tons of shops & restaurants to choose from. Bed is comfortable & the couch in the living room also folds out to a bed. This was less comfortable but still not too bad.

Great beach weekend

Very comfortable, super location and great ocean view. The pictures in the listing give an accurate picture of the space. Falling asleep every night to the sound of the surf can’t be beat.
