Summary:

You'll love staying in our pet-friendly condo on the world famous Oceanside beach. Hear waves crash and take in the lovely Pacific Ocean breeze while sipping margaritas on your private balcony. If you need a break from the beach, you can walk to world class restaurants, craft breweries, and more. Our full renovation was recently completed and is ready to host you for a trip of a lifetime!



The Space:

Our condo is air conditioned! Don't believe anyone who says you don't need A/C in the summer - the condos along the beach are extremely hot on summer days. This unit is part of a seven unit complex. In order to access the unit, you will need to walk up one flight of stairs.



Guest Access:

Door PIN will be sent just prior to your arrival. Please note it doesn't activate until your scheduled check-in time.



Other Things to Note:

Please also note you are welcome to bring one (1) dog. The fee is $35/night/pet. Unauthorized pets will be a $500 fine. Also, keep in mind that the parking area is pretty tight. A large truck won’t fit, so if you do have a large truck, you’ll need to park on the street above (Pacific St). A minivan (since it can make tighter turns) should fit as well sedans and smaller trucks. There is possible construction noise from our neighbor Mon - Sat during work hours. By booking, you are aware that loud noise won't be an issue for you (including street noise) and there will be no discounts or refunds given if construction occurs during your stay.

Such a cool place to stay! Super cute, modern, clean inside and nice touches with the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels! Cozy and comfy and perfect for our family of four! Even closer to the beach than I thought- I could throw a stone in the ocean from the balcony! Pier, restaurants and shopping all walking distance!! Would stay here again!!

It’s the perfect little apartment. Right on the beach & within walking distance to anything you’d need. The kitchen is very well stocked. As well as any toiletries you’d need. Linens are high quality too! It’s a very well thought out place with lots of attention to detail. The host was very easy to communicate with as well. Highly recommend!

Location was 5 stars! If you are into aesthetics, this isn't the property for you. It is not well maintained. The furniture is beat up, the couch was uncomfortable, the stucco around the door isn't painted, one of the walls has a stain and the air conditioner leaks when in use. And the parking spot....R-I-DI-C-U-L-O-U-S. When a vehicle is in the adjacent spot I had to park on the next street over. (I have a small SUV). The property photo of the balcony is from one of the other units. I had a great view of the back of the property in front of this one and parking.

The place could not be any closer to the beach and you have reserved parking available where you can see your car from the property, which is pretty cool. The host replied to all our texts immediately. We really enjoyed the stay, thank you!

Clean well maintained vacation home. Hop right across the road into the beach. Enjoyed the coffee maker for morning coffee on the balcony looking at the beach. Appreciated the beach chairs for using on the beach. Walk to shops, the pier, restaurants and bars within 15 minutes. Nice to be right on the strip for watching cars cruise by. Easy check in/out. Great communication with the property manager and it was nice he just checked in periodically to make sure things were great.

Nice place, location is amazing, but the fact that a mansion is under heavy construction next door is not mentioned anywhere in the description. VERY loud starting every morning (even weekends) at 7:50am. Not able to sleep when construction started daily, lasting until 4pm. I could see the ocean through the construction scaffolding but couldn’t hear it at all. Host was only willing to refund me 20%. Folks next door said they rented from the same host on a different platform and construction was not mentioned. This place has clearly been under construction for months. Should be stated in description that you will be stated at by a bunch of construction workers about 15 feet from your window if you open your bedroom curtain.

Perfect couples retreat

Had an amazing stay! The place was very clean and comfortable, truly felt like home. The location was perfect — we were able to walk everywhere. Parking was a bit tight, but it wasn’t an issue since we walked most places. The view of the beach was beautiful, and the area was wonderfully quiet. Highly recommend!

Checkout time was very early, 10 AM. I find that much too early for a check out , it should be 11 AM. I will asked for a later check out and was declined. The ocean view was lovely… But it will not be as nice in the future as they are building a building next-door. The room is not soundproof. I could hear people walking around above me and the conversation that the people love me. Location is excellent.

A great condo and a great location! Steps to the beach, open the sliding door and listen to the waves. We had a very relaxing stay. If you’re there on a Thursday be sure to check out the market in downtown, lots of great food! Oceanside has it all and this condo is close to everything.

Place was perfect for what I was looking for. Right on the beach, and it was a nice beach, Google street view had me worried but the images undersell it. Walkable distance (even for my school-age child) to the pier with lots of restaurants and snack options. Convenient hose to wash feet before going into the place. So nice to have an on-site parking spot.
