Relaxing spacious and private

Such an amazing property. Lots of privacy inside and outside. The veiws are endless and the enrire house is very well stocked. Amazing accommodations! We will be back!

Great location, ample space and well-appointed.

We had an excellent stay, the kitchen equipment was extensive, the deck was great for enjoying the evening weather and views. Todd was incredibly welcoming and responsive.

Wonderful, roomy home for our family

This was a wonderful home for our Thanksgiving with 16 family members, ages 6 to 89! The house has everything! Best stocked kitchen I’ve ever encountered in any vacation home. The hosts were so friendly and helpful!

Perfect for a Family gathering.

Todd and his wife could not be more kind and accommodating. The house is large and roomy and very well appointed. With the Colorado Monument Park just off the back porch and Arches National Park 1:45hrs. away it’s a wonderful location. Don’t miss the drive from Cisco to Moab, truly beautiful.

Perfect vibes and great views

Our stay here was the perfect home base for our friends annual mountain biking trip. With Lunch loops so close by, we were able to go straight from the trails to the house. Good wifi and all of the amenities needed for a perfect trip.

Great place wonderful hosts

This place was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 8 children, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, large dining room, all amenities that we needed and close to the Lunch Loops mountain biking trails. The hosts we so kind and accommodating. We will book this location again.

Wonderful Stay for Parents 80th Birthdays

Eight of us stayed here to celebrate our parents 80th birthdays. What a wonderful celebration in this beautiful home! The views from the outside deck were amazing! Gorgeous mountains & wildlife surround the property. We saw deer, horses, and an owl. Todd, the property owner couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. He even came with tools to help us replace a tail light that burnt out on our car! Our experience here went above & beyond all of our expectations. And who doesn't love having a bathroom attached to every bedroom?! Don't miss this place!

Lovely

Lovely property, a very gracious host. The house has so many rooms and so many bathrooms which makes it really nice for the functionality of a multi family stay. Lots of nice touches to make the stay more comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked, you really don’t need to bring any big stuff (mixer, pots, grill, crockpot, etc.) if you are cooking.

Awesome place

Absolutely wonderful home with plenty of space and amenities. Our group of outdoor enthusiasts found this location perfect for easy access to multiple national parks and monuments. The area is fantastic for off-road adventures and mountain biking. The house was immaculate, well-organized, and had everything we needed. The owner,Todd and his wife, went above and beyond to make us feel at home, providing essentials like shampoo, kitchen supplies, and much more. Each room and bathroom were well-appointed, spacious, and recently updated. Todd met us upon arrival to walk us through the use of various appliances and to answer any questions. From the gourmet kitchen, deck with a barbecue, to the large screen TV and pool table, there was plenty to keep us entertained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. We give it our highest recommendation.

Perfect Family Gathering Place

This place was perfect for our large family get together! We had 11 adults staying and many others that visited throughout our stay. This place is large enough to have a large family gathering and be comfortable. Everyone had a place to sit, eat, drink, and socialize. The kitchen and dining area are set up perfectly with anything you’d need to entertain. Plus, the place is amazing for sleeping arrangements too. We all had very comfortable beds with so many bathrooms readily available. There’s so many great things I didn’t mention about this place, but I do have to mention that Todd was a great host. He made sure we knew how to work everything and was available if we had any problems. If we’re back next year to Grand Junction, we will definitely book this place again!

Todd was a very attentive and gracious host! He met us at the house to give us a run down of everything. Great communication throughout our stay. The house was perfect for our family, very clean with everything we could want or need. Views are fantastic. Great property!

Perfect for families or groups

We absolutely loved this place! We have a large family and stay in a lot of rental properties, and this place was one of our favorites! It was very clean, and had so many extras (toiletries, paper towels, coffee, tea, lotions, and the list goes on!) making the house really feel like “home” for a week. This house is even bigger than it seemed online and there was plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and 8 children. I highly recommend this property! (As an aside, I found the owner to be amazing to work with!)

Great home with lots of room, Owner very friendly and accessible at all times. Loved the kids things available as we had a 2 yr old. Well stocked kitchen was nice as we ate all meals in. Would recommend to anyone.

Gorgeous views and great space!

This home has some of the best views of the mesa and Colorado monument. It fit us 14 girls perfectly for a wonderful girls birthday weekend. Todd as the host was so amazing. He took the time to meet us there. Show us around the large home. Show us all the great improvements he has made to the house. Some of the furniture was just gorgeous-old antiques and some great modern appliances. If you forgot something, Todd has it. They have put so much thought and detail into this house. If we ever go to palisade or grand junction again we will be staying here! So fun. So beautiful.

Great house for big goups

Our family (9 in all) came for my mom's 96th bday. This place was great, because each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. The views are spectacular, the kitchen, though small-ish, is well-equipped, the owner is available and quick to respond. There's lots of parking. It's close to town and to the Monument. This is wonderful home for big groups.

Great setup beautiful views

This property is ideal for multiple couples/families. Each room we used had a separate bathroom. There is plentiful living/common space as well. The home is a short drive to a great hike of the lunch loop trail and has excellent views off the back deck and living room. The beds were comfortable and everything we could have needed was provided. Scott was a terrific host, great communication and very welcoming.

Great property

This house was perfect for our group of 9! Views are beautiful, and it made us feel like we were far away, although it was close and convenient to everything we were doing in Grand Junction. The house is stocked with almost anything that you may have forgotten, which is rare for a Vrbo. All five bedrooms have attached bathrooms, which was a bonus! The pool table was a bonus that we enjoyed as well. There is plenty of space for a large group, and a great patio as well. The owner was really responsive, and showed us the house when we arrived. I highly recommend this property for any large group.

Fantastic

This property was so perfect!!! We were having a family gathering, we could not have picked a better place. Todd was so friendly and helpful, took time with us at the house and shared stories about the furniture and the house. You can see how much work he has done. He was happy to answer questions during our stay. We felt very welcome. The location is great, the views were fantastic! The deck has a gas fire pit and it was a great place for morning coffee! The house has anything and everything you could ever need. The bedrooms were comfortable and each has its own bath! There is plenty of room to spread out, we were 10 to sleep and more for dinners and we had more than enough room. We made great use of the pool room. I highly recommend this house. If we ever have the opportunity to do this in Grand Junction again we will be back. We may to make plans so we can come back!!!

A Grand Junction Winner

What are great place Todd and Sophorn have, obvious pride of ownership! It was clean, well-equipped with everything top quality. Most people chintz on TP Kleenex, etc. They have the best and softest TP! Like home is your motto, apparently because you are obviously so interested in constantly improving. Just a couple of minor suggestions are given as follows: it would be nice to have bar soap. In the bathroom next to the washer dryer, having two triangular shelves next to the shower heads would be a big improvement over putting the shampoo etc., on the windowsill. Normally, I do not do reviews unless something is really great or bad. Yours is GREAT! And, it was so close to downtown and to hiking at Colorado National Monument. My name is Todd and before moving to the area I traveled quite extensively for roughly 1 1/2 decades mainly in S.E. Asia (Which is where I met my wife Sophorn) to such places as Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and Indonesia. Other destinations include locations in Mexico, Central America and Peru. After my stint of travel I decided to settle down and grow some roots with Sophorn and now Miko, our son. Grand Junction with all of it's outdoor activities, wonderful sights and laid back lifestyle fit the bill perfectly. Yeah Western Slope!! It is also situated so there is easy access to other wonderful destinations such as Moab Utah, Powderhorn Ski Resort and the beautiful San Juan Mountain to the South. With all the endless outdoor things to do and beautiful sights, with no traffic to speak of, I have not regretted my decision on location at all.

The views, location to great hiking and biking and yet so close to downtown. The pool table! One of the great features of this house is that each bedroom has the privacy of having it's own bathroom. Love hanging out on the 500 Sq Ft deck over looking the Lunch Loops!!
