The BEST Summer family Vacation in Orlando

We had an amazing stay at Neverland! Our house was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. My family loved having a pool and hot tub (and even had a TV outside), the arcade was a plus also for our 3 kids. Location is ideal. Really close to Sunset Walk, great place to go to at night for a sit down meal or to grab a quick meal to go, ice cream, candy store, shaved ice and more. Great atmosphere and family friendly. Close to Island H20, a golf course right next to our house, and accessible to all the Parks. We had an amazing stay, would definitely recommend.

This house was perfect for our stay. The pool and the game room at the house were enjoyed by all. House was very well equipped and very clean. I would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful house close to Disney

We were a multigenerational group visiting Disney - 3 grandparents, two parents, and 3 kids age 5-11. The house a 15 minute easy drive to the parks with a huge Walmart about a mile away for groceries. The layout was great for our group, bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the game room and swam at both the house pool and the community pool. Owner was communicative and very nice. No complaints - we had a wonderful stay!

Our stay at neverland was amazing! The host was very nice and responsive. We even got a Christmas surprise. The house was beautiful from the thoughtful design of each room. There is so much for everyone do to, that is conveniently close to the residence. I recommend this home especially if you have a bigger family and need space.

Perfect space for extended family gathering

This was a wonderful place for the whole family! Kids and adults alike both spent plenty of time in the game room and pool. A little hot tub soak was so appreciated after a long day of amusement park activities. The staff at the check in gate were incredibly nice and very helpful as well.

A real family friendly place to stay

We really enjoyed staying here with my daughter's family. Spacious living area, enough bedrooms for all 9 of us. No extra payment needed to use pool or hot tub which grandkids enjoyed. They also loved the game room. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen needs. Only problem was drip coffee maker, be sure to bring a few filters otherwise you’ll have coffee grounds in your cup. The air conditioner worked well, we actually had to turn it up as it was too cool. Easy entry to home and we felt safe here. Another great thing about this area was having shopping and eating places nearby. You won’t be disappointed.

Awesome!

Six adults and six kids ranging from 11 to 4 years old stayed for a week. Six bedrooms slept every one comfortably and the living areas were spacious and comfy. Pool area and game room were big hits with the kids and everyone had an excellent week in Orlando. Location is convenient to parks and necessities. Would stay here again on a return trip.

Beautiful comfortable home

This home is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. It’s also in a gated community so we felt safe. Also, this home is close to Disney Parks. Communication with owner and property manager was good. They quickly responded to my questions. The beds were comfortable as well. The pool - Amazing!! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent family vacation home!

Honestly there isn’t anything that we were disappointed with. Every thing that was listed was just as stated. If I would recommend one thing that would be to have an on-site BBQ. Other than missing the BBQ which we found out later could have been rented we had an excellent stay!

Family Vacation 2022

What a wonderful Vacation... The help at Budget rental car could have been a little bit happier (2 1/2 hrs in line for a vehicle we secured two months earlier) The house was very nice and the parks were clean and the staff was very friendly. Southwest Airlines were great. The grandkids had a BLAST (4,5 and 6) what a great memory!!!!

Best Vacation EVER

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home,The house is extremely well maintained, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The kids loved their themed rooms! All beds were very comfortable too! . Just outside the kitchen is the amazing pool. Plenty of lounge chairs and a huge table and chairs. We loved spending time in the pool and eating outside! Kristy was always available to answer any questions Thank you for sharing your wonderful home! We will definitely return.. We cant wait to come back!

Loved the game room.

House was VERY clean! Owner super nice and very responsive. We had 4 teens and 2 adults. Was great having so much space. House had everything you could want. Pool was great. The game room was the BEST! had real arcade games and air hockey and xbox. House was very well decorated and furniture seemed new. Sectional was huge and super comfortable.

Family vacation

The Neverland house was magnificent. The house was a perfect fit for our family of 10 to stay. We all really loved the private pool, outdoor area and game room.This house is so close to all Disney attractions, and shopping and was very easy to get to from this house.The gated entrance wasa great extra sense of security during our stay.The main pool/water slides and clubhouse were great fun for all ages.The house and grounds were all well kept. Kristy was so helpful with everything. Thanks.In the future we will be checking back into this same house again for a vacation stay.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our family vacation!

Great House, Great Location

Great place for family vacation. Our family are frequent guest of Disney. We planned a last minute trip to attend to the Disney Halloween party. So options were limited when we started looking. We found Kristy in a Facebook group and she immediately responded with availablity and was a pleasure to work with. This was our first time staying in Windor Hills. We loved it. The proximity to all the Disney Parks is great. There were plenty of options for shopping and resturants within a couple of miles. When we checked in, the house was very clean and appeared to be well maintained. Our family easily spread out and had our own space as the house was large enough to easily accomodate our family of 6. We did have a couple of issues during our stay, one with a game and another with the kitchen sink. We reached out and Kristy quick responded and got in contact with the local propery manager who came quickly and resolved the issues. The theming of the house was great. We have a daughter who loves Tinkerbell, so the Tinkerbell room was the only place she even considered sleeping. Overall, we had a fantastic trip and would definately stay here again.

Great Home & Excellent Location

Overall, the home was very nice. It was very comfortable and seemed well cared for. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and the game room. The pool was also very nice. The location of the home was extremely convenient - Walmart was only about 2 minutes away and I don't think you could be closer to Disney unless you were staying on property. The neighborhood was very nice and seemed very secure. We went to the pool/water park area several times and really enjoyed it. The owner was very responsive - the coffee pot wasn't working the first day, and she had a new one sent so quickly it arrived before we needed it the next morning! The only thing I would mention is that while most of the home was very clean, there were just a couple of areas that could have used a little more attention. The downstairs bathroom looked like it could use a good cleaning on the floors, especially around the bath tub. There were only 4 of us staying there, so we didn't need to actually use this bathroom much, so it wasn't a huge deal. The pool area could use a little cleaning too... there was a cigarette near the hot tub, etc. Overall though, the home seemed very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Just perfect!

Neverland was a great place for our group of 6. My daughter and her family had the five bedrooms upstairs and I had the ´quiet’ bedroom downstairs. The game room was a great addition! The pool was also much enjoyed, also. Everything we needed was provided. It was the perfect choice for our Disney adventure!
