The house was perfect. Large patio with a veiw of the mountains. Beds were comfortable. It was close to town in a quiet neighborhood. House was newly renovated. The only 2 negatives were there was no salt or pepper or coffee. I have never been to a vrbo that did not at least have the basics. The other negative was the listing stated that sheets were included and the home owner was going to charge 115 euros for use of sheets and towels. Even after i showed them the web site were it was included. We ended up going to the store and got new sheets and towels and saved 50. It was just disappointing to have to run to the store at night after traveling all day. Later the home owner found out that when the listing was done on a english version of vrbo there was a translation error. But the site did clearly state sheets included. The owner did respond quickly to questions and was polite. Overall i would definitely stay again and just bri g my own sheets.

Bonjour, je vous remercie pour votre commentaire. Concernant le sel, poivre et café (qui sont des consommables), cela n'est pas très hygiénique : tout le monde s'en sert. Depuis le covid, afin d'éviter la propagation des virus et bactéries, je n'en fournis plus. Comme vous avez pu le constater, je suis très attachée à la propreté et désinfecte tout de partout : cela ne serait pas cohérent de laisser ce type de consommables. Concernant les draps, comme vous l'avez bien compris, il s'agit d'une erreur de traduction en langue anglaise. Dans la version française, comme j'ai pu vous le montrer sur mon téléphone, il était bien précisé que les draps pouvaient être fournis sur demande et réglés à votre arrivée. De plus, lors de votre réservation sur le site, je vous l'avais également précisé dans notre échange via la messagerie. Cela n'était donc pas une surprise, vous étiez au courant. A votre arrivée, je vous ai proposé les lits faits, mais vous avez préféré refuser et aller en acheter. Je suis désolée pour cette situation qui ne dépend pas de moi.

Prachtig appartement met uitzicht op de bergen. Van alle gemakken voorzien! Heerlijk ruim terras, fijne douche, uitgebreide keuken, zeer schoon en erg vriendelijke eigenaresse. Incheckbalie ging makkelijk, uitchecken konden we sleutel achterlaten. App ligt bovenin t dorp waardoo wij bij alles de auto nodig hadden, echter t is wel te lopen hoor.

Fijn en rustig appartement

Fijne week gehad in het appartement van Alexandra. Prettig in het communiceren (in het Frans). Een prettig groot appartement op een mooie stille plek in het dorp.

Logement agréable et spacieux

Logement agréable et spacieux, bien équipé, avec un grand balcon, vu imprenable sur la montagne (dent du chat), dans rue calme. Accès centre ville par bus ou voiture en quelques minutes, à pied 15 minutes en descendant et 20-25 minutes en prenant son temps pour remonter. Hôte très agréable et disponible, très à l'écoute.

Appartement très fonctionnel et propre

Appartement est très propre et fonctionnel . Avec une super terrasse Alexandra est très agréable et elle réponds à nos questions très rapidement . Appartement est très bien situé pour les termes mais un peu loin des plages ( a vous de voir si c’est important ) . Nous sommes venus avec les enfants pour les lacs et les plages donc on a du utilisé la voiture tout les jours . Sinon c’est un super location avec une super propriétaires sur place ! Merci Alexandra
