Unit 18 Lot 91. The perfect weekend getaway. This ocean meadow property is located just steps from the bluff trail or the east meadow trail taking you directly to the Ohlson Rec Center.

This well-appointed home features two King bedrooms with 2.5 baths in the main house and an additional studio with a private entrance with one King ensuite. Each bedroom has blue water views, towels and linens.

The main house is a reversed floor plan. The upper level has white water views which is perfect for entertaining and whale watching. The large, gourmet, kitchen includes high-end Viking appliances including a six-burner commercial-grade gas stove. High-speed internet, a 55” OLED TV (LIVE TV with HBO Max, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV), Blue Ray DVD, and Sono speaker round out this great vacation getaway.

Guests also have use of the enclosed one-car garage with Tesla charger.


Due to safety issues, homeowner suggests guests age 6 and older occupy this home rental.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 3 (three), with a 1 car garage available. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 6 for this home

New owners since we last stayed here- could use a couple more cutting boards, some coffee cups and wine glasses too. Had a problem with a septic alarm going off at 10:30 at night, called Beach Rentals and thankfully they answered the emergency line and helped resolve the issue, whew...House is clean and comfortable, highly recommend.

Clean, airy, with a well-appointed kitchen, we had everything we needed for our stay. We love to cook on our coastal weekends, and have a box of kitchen items that we often use to compensate for below average kitchen tools and wine glasses. But our box of goodies was unnecessary in this home! Would absolutely return to sit on the deck and enjoy the wide view.

Mermaid house was an amazing place well worth the price. All bedrooms were nice, clean, and comfy. Kitchen was amazing and up to date. Hot tub was clean. Our only minor issue were some ants and the pickup key drop off required at the actual rental office (about 12 miles away) due to the front doors locking mechanism. It would have been nice to simply leave the keys there and check out. Otherwise, highly recommended and I would stay here once again!

The open floor plan with all windows facing the ocean, the inconspicuous location for the TV i.e. not dominating the living area, and all the bedrooms being downstairs with their own bathrooms made it so easy for our family to be together and to also have privacy. The glass dining room table with the mermaid sculpture being the base is worth the stay alone!

The two issues we had with the home was that our bedroom was located under the kitchen which meant that you could hear noise from someone that either stayed up later, or woke up earlier than yourself. Also, we had ants in the kitchen, and guest studio bathroom. Though management was great in responding quickly, we noticed in reading the guest book that this seems to be a recurring problem. I would suggest they set ant traps regularly (instead of waiting for a complaint call) in order to help prevent this problem. But, management was great throughout booking the home, responding to problems, all the way to quickly refunding the security deposit. Overall, we had a wonderful time, as usual, staying at Sea Ranch!
