Second time staying at this property. Location is great and near family and state park. Clean, comfortable and has AC! We enjoyed voyaging out to see family and the surrounding area in the day but really treasured just relaxing in the condo at night in such comfortable accommodations.

Anniversary Get-a-way

As depicted in pictures. Lovely condo with nice front and back porch. Nice quiet complex. Close to Petosky and some great Nature Preserves for taking short hikes. Bike trails right outside complex. Host responded immediately to a question. Our only complaints were the bed…we thought it very uncomfortable…and very creaky every time you got in and out. Also, although picture depicted it, I wish it had been spelled out that coffee maker was a kuerig type. I had brought coffee, but….had to go to store for kuerig cups. We had to get out to a store to purchase

Location, location, location!!

Perfect location to bike trails, Harbor Springs, Petoskey and Charlevoix. We even took a day trip up to Picture Rocks. The condo is bright, modern and clean. We are returning in 2025!!

Sisters getaway

My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights. Great location nestled between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Enjoyed going to wineries in Petoskey, spent a day on Mackinaw Island, and enjoyed a little shopping in neighboring towns. Condo is right next to Petoskey State Park so enjoyed walking over to the beach as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Petoskey rental

We planned to do various activities and this was a great location to come and go from. Walking distance into the State park for sunsets was a plus.

Clean and Updated

Great location, property recently updated. Clean and well appointed. Only issue we had was 2 couples and second bedroom bed was a full size with pull out on the floor. Not easy for 60+adults. But loved our stay there.

Very nice condo.

Condo was clean and updated. Only issue was lack of BBQ tools. Looked like a newer grill but couldn’t find any tools to cook on the grill. The second floor was much hotter than the first floor. There was no cold air movement from the register in the main bedroom. Second bedroom registers worked fine.

Amazing condo

We are an outdoor family, we love to hike, bike, swim, kayak/canoe, and everything winter. I coach high school ski racing and love the Petoskey Area. That's why most weekends are booked in the winter. But summer is open to guests.

We love Northwest Michigan. We are here at least 8 weekends every winter coaching ski racing or skiing with friends. We had been looking at the Bathing Beach Condominiums for more than 5 years waiting for the right one to come along. We finally pulled the trigger in 2015. Now being able to walk to the beach and see the best sunsets in Michigan is a true blessing and we can't wait to take advantage of that.

My wife and I grew up in Southern Michigan and our favorite childhood memories relate to skiing and the beach. Having the beach so close to this condo we are hoping our grand children have some of those same kind of memories. In fact one of my favorite vacations was to a cottage (now a condo) just across the street from Bathing Beach. It was a winter vacation, with lots of skiing, sledding and cross country skiing in the Petoskey State Park. My wife's family had a cottage in Ontario right on the water and she spent all of her summers at the beach. As you can tell I love winter, she loves summer. Opposites do attract!

We are empty nesters now and have a lot more time to enjoy a weekend get-a-way. As we near retirement we will definitely be able to take advantage of the condo more.

The main benefit to this unit is it's proximity to all Northwest Michigan has to offer. From skiing and snowmobiling in the winter to biking, boating and swimming in the summer and everything in between. The condo is completely furnished with everything you would expect in your own home. All you need to bring are the toys you intend to use, toiletries, beach towels and chairs and food. Oh yeah and your bathing suit! And we have A/C!
