Second time staying at this property. Location is great and near family and state park. Clean, comfortable and has AC! We enjoyed voyaging out to see family and the surrounding area in the day but really treasured just relaxing in the condo at night in such comfortable accommodations.

We love this location as it’s close to Petoskey and Harbor springs with excellent walking trails and bike trails. Also close to beach at state park.

Perfect Condo for Beach Goers

Loved our stay at this condo

Perfect location for touring the area. Very clean condo- well stocked kitchen and comfortable living room and bed room. The proximity to the state park is wonderful. It is also in a lovely, quiet area- and close to good restaurants and grocery stores.

Petoskey Perfect

This is truly a treasure of a place and our family enjoyed our stay in every way. It is cozy, clean, and we felt right at home! We enjoyed days at the Petoskey State Park, took a day trip to Mackinac Island, and enjoyed downtown Petoskey. The location was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!!

Sisters getaway

My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights. Great location nestled between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Enjoyed going to wineries in Petoskey, spent a day on Mackinaw Island, and enjoyed a little shopping in neighboring towns. Condo is right next to Petoskey State Park so enjoyed walking over to the beach as well. Would definitely stay here again.

We are an outdoor family, we love to hike, bike, swim, kayak/canoe, and everything winter. I coach high school ski racing and love the Petoskey Area. That's why most weekends are booked in the winter. But summer is open to guests.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We love Northwest Michigan. We are here at least 8 weekends every winter coaching ski racing or skiing with friends. We had been looking at the Bathing Beach Condominiums for more than 5 years waiting for the right one to come along. We finally pulled the trigger in 2015. Now being able to walk to the beach and see the best sunsets in Michigan is a true blessing and we can't wait to take advantage of that.

My wife and I grew up in Southern Michigan and our favorite childhood memories relate to skiing and the beach. Having the beach so close to this condo we are hoping our grand children have some of those same kind of memories. In fact one of my favorite vacations was to a cottage (now a condo) just across the street from Bathing Beach. It was a winter vacation, with lots of skiing, sledding and cross country skiing in the Petoskey State Park. My wife's family had a cottage in Ontario right on the water and she spent all of her summers at the beach. As you can tell I love winter, she loves summer. Opposites do attract!

We are empty nesters now and have a lot more time to enjoy a weekend get-a-way. As we near retirement we will definitely be able to take advantage of the condo more.

The main benefit to this unit is it's proximity to all Northwest Michigan has to offer. From skiing and snowmobiling in the winter to biking, boating and swimming in the summer and everything in between. The condo is completely furnished with everything you would expect in your own home. All you need to bring are the toys you intend to use, toiletries, beach towels and chairs and food. Oh yeah and your bathing suit! And we have A/C!
