The house was beautiful! The neighborhood was great and everyone we saw was very friendly! We felt safe! I just wish you had some more privacy with the windows on the front of the house. Everyone could see us watching tv. Thank you for letting us stay and we would love to return!!

Overall I rate this 7/10. Family of 6 that loved the location. In fact, location and owner's communication were the best parts of this stay. Check-in was a breeze and the unit was clean, but had some signs of wear. However, the biggest issues were with the amenities. If you book this unit, be prepared to bring shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, and even trash bags. The cleaning service leaves a bar of soap for each bathroom and one trash bag. I would also recommend bringing additional towels unless you want to do laundry every day. There was barely enough towels for 1 per person. The other negatives were no real fault of the owners, but did create a real inconvenience. Firstly, the code to the semi-private (community) dock changed on our last day, which prevented us from using the facility. The other was a lightning storm that took out the internet for over 48 hours. Normally, this wouldn't be a huge deal, but there is no cable tv, only smart tv apps, and most importantly, needing to work from home was impossible. There is also no chance at cell service with verizon unless you go outside, so that didn't really help the situation either. As I said, overall I rate this 7/10. This is the first VRBO I've stayed in that didn't have complimentary toiletries and necessities. I'd gladly pay 20 more to have them upon arrival, rather than making trips to grocery stores.

My coworkers and I had an amazing time. It was a first annual girls trip. The house was very attended and made sure that our state was comfortable. They are amazing host and they listen to you about anything that you might have a problem with. A1 host great place to stay if you're in the area or looking for a place to stay check them out.

Sweet area and nice house

Great alternative location to being on the beach. Our family with three generations from 2 to 60’s enjoyed the change of pace. Nice set for multiple guests and family situations.

Wonderful property!

I recommend staying at this home! It was really comfortable, kitchen is very well stocked, check in and out was a breeze, and it is in a great part of (western) Pensacola in a very relaxing and beautiful neighborhood.

Nice location for Blue Angels

House was very clean. Nice location if you are coming to watch the Blue Angels. We were not far from the gate. We could see some of the show from the deck. The house has everything you would need for a great stay. Kids loved playing tennis each evening. We will be back. Thanks!!

Relaxing Getaway

This property was perfect for us; it felt like a home away from home. It's definitely the ideal place to go and relax for a few days. The channel in the back is full of blue herons with nests everywhere! They were beautiful to watch in the mornings and late evenings. Definitely go out to the pier at any time as there were lots of sail boats out on the water. 10/10 wpuld rent this property again.

Just what our family needed!!

Beautifully decorated both inside and outside house; exactly what we were looking for and well depicted in Vrbo. Our host was very attentive and responded promptly to our questions and concerns. The front porch was a perfect place to relax with a book or “shoot the breeze” with family! The back yard offered a fascinating bird watching experience with seating nice & high (as to not disturb the local birds while observing!) with a local Osprey perching high in a tree in plain view and Sandhill cranes foraging right below the deck!! I also enjoyed the King Fisher's evening fishing ritual right below us ! We also enjoyed walks to the local private beach & pier- found neighbors friendly! We had all the privacy we wanted which was at the top of our list!! Would love to visit again!!

Perfect!

We loved this property! It was just a short walk to the local beach with “small waves” for our 4 year old and our special needs infant who was on oxygen for our trip. But was only a 10 minute drive to the perdido key beach which was not crowded and very convenient! The house was spacious for my whole family! Perfect set up! We loved our stay!

This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at very nice home and quiet neighborhood. Just 5 minutes from food and Walmart and the navy museum. The house has lots of room and has a good selection of kitchen items as well. It has a nice size porch on front and back of the house. There is a lake / creek behind the house seen a few turtles and some rabbits and 2 deer . All in all it’s a nice place to stay we didn’t even want to leave.

We booked this house for a small quiet getaway and it was just that. The views from the house were so pretty and peaceful. The house was very cozy and made us feel right at home.

Complicated

The house is lovely. Great location. Enjoyed the stay. However did not appreciate the inaccurate accusations of pets and drugs after check out. I’m a health care professional and do not ever use drugs. Also traveling with my children, no pets. Asked the owner to call me to discuss these issues and would never return my call only respond by text. She adamantly believes that her cleaning crew does a spotless job and no way that these things were left from a previous guest. So all of this completely ruined my stay here. I have never had issues before with any other stay. I never travel with my pets and definitely never do drugs. I do not appreciate the false accusations or extra charges incurred. So my only advice is to apparently check under furniture upon next check in’s!

Our names are John and Melinda Williams, and we fell in love with Pensacola after being stationed here in the military from our 1st assignment. We have 4 kids, 3 boys and 1 girl age range 25yrs- 17 yrs. John retired from the Air Force after serving 22 years, and currently is pilot for United, Part owner of Flying Tigers Flight School at Ellington Airfield, manages Privately owned airplanes/jets. Melinda my wife runs and manages several rental properties between League City, Houston, LaMarque. Our oldest son works at Sulzer in Baytown rebuilding Turbines, 2nd oldest son is a graduate from Texas A&M Galveston/ Corp member, and is now in Officer Canidate School Rhode Island, and has been selected for Pilot Training after hopefully in Pensacola (where his dad John trained), Our daughter is in Accelerated BSN Nursing Program at Concordia University in Austin, graduating in Sept 2026, our youngest son who is about to turn 17 is finishing his Junior year in high school and is a Varsity Tennis Player, avid pickle ball player, disc golf, fisherman.

We love our cozy, relaxing beach house for what it has to offer. Wrap around Front and Back porches, water views from front and back of the house. Active Blue herring nests (when in season) off back deck. Quiet family friendly neighborhood, with great neighbors,and fun amenities (private neighborhood beach, pier, tennis courts (pickle ball), park with swings/picnic area) Blue Angels stationed right down the street at NAS Pensacola, that fly regularly practicing by/over our house. You are couple minutes to back gate of the base, local restaurants, beaches Perdido Key/Orange Beach, and downtown Pensacola/Pensacola Beach. Plenty of fishing either from backyard, or the bay/ocean. Beautiful sunrise/sunsets from our porch, with awesome bird watching off our back porch. MInor League baseball team Blue Wahoos have stadium not too far from the house, they have many fun themed nights great for a family night out, and tickets are very reasonable($13-$18 pp), Downtown Seville is a fun place as well with bars, food venues,art shows, etc. Check out Pensacola things to do and several things are posted by dates or weekends to help plan for your stay!

We have our home set up very family friendly, with board games/puzzles, griddle, fire pit, deck furniture on both sides for you to enjoy. Picnic table on front porch, with additional chairs to watch sunrise/sunset. Rocking chairs on back porch for relaxing and watching birds, the barges, and boaters actively go by on the bay, or you can just simply having your quiet time. We have simple spices/condiments that are in the cabinet for you to use if need, plenty of towels/bedding and additional blankets for the chilly morning/nights if wanting to sit on either porch to relax. We also have a Smart TV that has plenty of channels, netflix/hulu/apple tv you are welcome to log on to our wifi and set up your shows that you wish to watch.
If you are planning something special, please don't hesitate to reach out to us- We would love to help make it special for you as well and can help have decorations/snacks/ drinks ready for your special occasion at the house before your arrival.
