Walk to restaurants, shops, and nightlife-or take a 15 minute drive to the sugar-white sand beaches. We're passionate locals who love hosting and sharing our favorite spots-so if you need tips or recommendations, just ask!

Perfect for extra space, privacy, and room to unwind! Inside you'll find a living room, enclosed sunroom, 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, Jack and Jill bathroom, and washer/dryer. Our cottage does share a wall with another unit.

In addition to only being 1 mile away from the interstate, this location is ideal for a convenient stay. You'll have the downtown lifestyle and sparkling gulf coast at your finger tips.

We wanted to live downtown because this is what we think of when we hear “Pensacola”. I love that everything is close, and you can even walk to most places. Local coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, parks, you name it. We like to say that Pensacola is the perfect “small big city”.

This home was built over 100 years ago in 1920. We still have the original hardwood floors! In a growing area with condos and hotels being built swiftly, we want to cherish this hidden gem.
