Quartier des Catalans, 120 m2 + two balconies / terraces (10m2 and 12m2). Little noise.

Located 3 minutes walk from the beach and shops of the Catalan district, approx. 15 minutes from Old Port (1.9 Km), cultural centers and historic heart of Marseille: Notre Dame de la Garde (2km) Vieille Charité (2.9 Km) The Cathedral Major, St Lawrence Church, Fort St John Mucem (Museum of Civilization in Europe and the Mediterranean). Bus stop outside the residence if necessary.

Apartment with modern decor with a large bright living room and a well equipped kitchen overlooking the sea and two balconies / terraces (without noise).

Wifi, home theater and large screen TV in living room.
3 bedrooms (two with sea view and direct access terrace), double beds, one of the other 200 cm and 140 3rd bedroom in the South, for rock, with two single beds.
2 bathrooms. One with shower, the other with 1 bath;
2 separate toilets, a laundry room with washer and dryer.

All rooms are air conditioned with individual temperature setting. The two main rooms have an exit to the sea facing terrace and the kitchen and living room.

Parking: Double garage in the residence with automatic gate.

Schöne Woche in Marseille

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche In der Wohnung verbracht, es ist unkompliziert mit dem Bus in das Zentrum von Marseille zu fahren oder auch einen Wanderausflug in den Calanques-Nationalpark machen, der auch mit dem Bus erreichbar ist.

Heerlijk appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht. De locatie is perfect. Je kunt de stad in wandelen, naar het strand, of je kunt de Corniche af wandelen.

Le meilleur de Marseille

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans l'appartement de Barbara, parfaitement placé, très bien desservi par les transports en commun, juste à côté de la plage, propre et lumineux, confortable et chaleureux ... Bref, nous recommandons vraiment à tous de venir faire un tour à Marseille et de loger chez Barbara !

Très bien placé

Un soggiorno al top!

L'appartamento è davvero molto bello, in una posizione meravigliosa, di fronte alla spiaggia dei catalani e comodo per raggiungere il porto vecchio di Marsiglia e girarla anche con i mezzi pubblici (la fermata dell'83 è proprio sotto casa). Sia il terrazzo che la vista sul mare già da soli valgono la spesa. Tutto perfetto non mancava nulla. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo, anche grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilità di Barbara, che è una squisita padrona di casa! Grazie dell'ospitalità.

Familienurlaub

Haben wundervolle Tage in Marseille verbracht. Lage u d Aussicht traumhaft. Stadtbesichtigung mit E-Scootern war ein cooles Familienevent. Allmorgendlicher Fischmarkt am alten Hafen ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert. Und die Camargue mit weißen Pferden, schwarzen Stieren und rosanen Flamingos ist auch nicht weit. Kontakt zu Vermieterin sehr gut. Sie steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub, sehr empfehlenswert.

Surprise car les photos de l’appartement était déjà très belle mais arrivé sur place salon 2 fois plus grand quand photo cuisine 2 fois plus grande terrasse 2 fois plus grande une vue magnifique sur la mer qui était d’un coter bleu turquoise et de l’autre bleu, l’appartement et très propre il y’a vraiment tout se qu’il faut, il est très chaleureux on se sent vraiment très bien est le réveil avec la vue mer on peut être que de bonne humeur, très bien situé pour faire les boutiques comme pour allez dans les calanques ou à la mer, il y’a tout à coter , résidence vraiment sécurisé est très jolie , la propriétaire est vraiment très gentille rien à dire tout était parfait

Superb Apartment!

We spent 7 days at Barbaras place and it was great. The apartment is spacious, clean, very well equiped and the balconys are amazing. The view from the balcony is directly to the sea, so you can spend a nice evening there. Barbara was a great host, very friendly and funny. I can highly recommend the apartment.

Nous conseillons vivement cette location pour tout qui veut visiter Marseille et passer en même temps de beaux moments de détente avec une vue superbe sur la mer . Exactement comme sur les photos . Le logement était impeccable ,très bien équipé ,sécurisé . La propriétaire était de bon conseil, sympathique et discrète . A recommander .
