スタイリッシュなニューイングランドの家から町まで歩いてください。

We’ve lived in Maine at different points throughout our lives, including permanently for the past 15 years in both Kennebunk and Dresden. My wife and I love homes with character, small towns, and quaint villages — and the Boothbay house checks all of those boxes and more.

As frequent VRBO and Airbnb guests ourselves, we know how much the little things matter when traveling. We’ve tried to furnish and stock the house with the comforts and modern amenities we appreciate when we’re away from home, including fine linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and a sparkling clean space.

I’ve also had a lifelong passion for antiques and classic homes, and I’ve enjoyed buying, furnishing, and caring for many houses over the years. We’ve taken great pride in making the Boothbay house feel comfortable, welcoming, and full of classic New England charm.

We are well traveled and spend the winter months each year in Lagos, Portugal, but we are always happy to return to Maine.

We hope you enjoy the house and the Boothbay area as much as we do. Please feel free to share your travel stories with us — we’re always looking for our next adventure!

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds: easy access to Boothbay Harbor and a quieter, more private place to relax at the end of the day.

Boothbay Harbor is one of Maine’s classic coastal destinations, with beautiful ocean views, wonderful restaurants, lighthouses, boat tours, island-hopping, and plenty of fresh lobster. The area also has a world-class botanical garden, art galleries, local shops, antique stores, and charming nautical boutiques to explore.

The house is located in Boothbay, just about five minutes from downtown Boothbay Harbor. Guests can enjoy being close to the harbor, shops, restaurants, and attractions, while also having private parking, a spacious 2,500-square-foot home, and a half-acre property with a large backyard and deck.

What makes the Boothbay house special is its combination of space, comfort, character, and quiet. At nearly 2,500 square feet, the home offers plenty of room for families and groups to spread out, relax, and enjoy time together.

The furnishings are a thoughtful mix of antiques and modern pieces, chosen to create a warm, inviting, and comfortable New England home. We take great pride in decorating and furnishing the house so guests can enjoy both classic character and everyday comfort.

The property also offers a large backyard and a spacious deck with Adirondack chairs and a BBQ grill — perfect for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or relaxing after a day exploring Boothbay Harbor.

The house is also family-friendly, with a travel crib, toys, and games available for children.
