Brand new in 2020 Cozy Cottage
Our cottage is brand new, built in 2020, Radiant Heat on both 1st and 2nd floor. Enjoy the tranquility of a cozy cottage. King Select Comfort bed in master bedroom, 2nd floor bedroom has queen bed and sitting area. There is a fold away dining table for four in the eat in kitchen, gas range with gas oven, microwave, coffee maker, farmers porch on the front to enjoy the fall, winter and spring air. Enjoy coffee on the porch. Ample parking for two vehicles with overflow at the main house. Entire cottage on beautiful Southport Island just minutes from downtown Boothbay Harbor. Radiant heat in floors makes this a perfect retreat for a winter getaway. Boothbay Region has a lot to offer in our off seasons as well as spring and summer. Many restaurants and shops remain open year round.

We built our main house and cottage on Southport for the sense of community in 2019 and 2020. I was born and raised in the Boothbay Region and find Southport to be a wonderful community to live and work in. The fellow islanders look out for each other and its a peaceful tranquil place to be. We would love to share our little piece of paradise with you!

Decker Cove Year Round Cottage is a brand new home built in 2020 with ample space for four people to enjoy the home and surrounding area, in all seasons.
この宿泊施設の特徴
Plummer Road is a tree lined street with only a few homes. Our cottage has a peak at the cove from the porch, and a quick walk over Plummer Road brings you to the waters edge. We are only 1.5 miles to quaint downtown Boothbay Harbor and many Boothbay Region Land Trust Trails and nature to explore. On the island, there is a public beach with amazing open ocean views as well!
