Condo is 2 bedroom unit, located in the heart of Nuevo Vallarta in the new plaza 3.14. The unit is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, a King bed and a Queen. The living room has a new sleeper sofa, coverts to a queen bed as well. Fully equiped Kitchen, electric stove top, 4 buners, wall oven, microwave, coffee machine and water filtration under the sink to the kitchen sink. The unit is a bright, modern and stylish unit to stay in. A few steps from some of the best restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta and just a short walk to the beach. On the third floor with views to the pool area, outdoor eating and cooking areas, as well as the plaza below. Plaza 3.14 Nuevo Vallarta, includes restaurants La Dolce Vita, Mr Cream and Buonissimo. A gym, bike rentals, beach rentals as well shops located just outside your door.
This condo unit is American owned. Fiber optic internet via Telmex. The 50 inch smart TV has netflix, amazon prime TV, HBO max, Pluto TV, Tubi, youtube and Disney Plus. This selection gives you live US news, Canadian News, Sky TV, BBC world news, live sports, and an amazing selection of Movies and shows in english or spanish and most are available in subtitles.
The unit may be rented minimum 6 day minimum. Weekly rentals encouraged and we are open to long term rentals as well.

Great location

Comfy. Clean. Small kitchen but well appointed. No private balcony. Nice common area patio. Easy walk to the beach. Several good restaurants nearby.

Nice apartment but not quiet

Property well maintained. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Hot water problem was quickly resolved by property manager. Property is located in a shopping plaza with very good restaurants. However, they sometimes had loud music and people laughing/shouting until 11:30 at night.people/lashoutinglaughing/shounight.

Beautiful, convenient, very helpful hints

We had a fantastic vacation over Christmas, thanks in large part to the wonderful accommodations at Plaza 3.14. The informative binder provided was extremely helpful, and having in-suite laundry was a blessing for the 4 of us. The coffee machine was a godsend in the mornings and the rooms were large and clean. The owners were accommodating and responsive. The lack of keys (just lock codes to remember) was great as all 4 of us had access to the property at any time. If I *must* find a flaw then I might say the pool, while nice, is very shallow. Waist-deep at its deepest, but the ocean is more fun anyways and >10 mins walk. It still gave the 9 yr old a spot to burn off energy while we prepared breakfast or dinner. Thanks so much for a great holiday!!

This condo is very well equipped and in a good location for us. The host was very responsive to our questions. Unfortunately we could not get their internet to work while we were there.

We are a family of four with twin daughters. We love Puerto Vallarta and have two properties here. Traveling often from Alaska we sought out a warmer climate for several weeks in the winter. As our children have grown up, we feel Nuevo Vallarta offers excellent beaches, safety, and is close to everything, all within walking distance.

Great location, perfect for families. Full kitchen, living room with large TV. Bike trails nearby. Bike rentals available in the plaza. Golf and public beach both in walking distance. Restaurants, shopping, grocery (oxxo), spa, and pharmacy all in just meters of the Condo.
