Condo was nice but not excellent.

It was easy to register. We were a group of 10 family and friends staying in 3 separate condos. Ours was the largest with the best views . The condo was clean but needed dusting, coffee left in pot. TV in living room was only on Spanish channels. They need an extensive notebook with electronic instructions. We texted about TV and the answer was, "guess the last visitors had it that way. No additional help. Also, it was cool in the evenings and we were told fireplaces are decorative only. Sofa and outdoor furnishings need replacing. Pics are from several years ago. We have stayed at nicer at Bella Sirena. Would not recommend for the cost.

Great place

Overall the place was great however, we had to clean the grill ourselves after we were charged for it to be done, the shower inside the downstairs restroom would overflow and run water down the restroom, television in bedroom downstairs next to stairwell did not work either, and jacuzzi was not working, we did not see in description it would not be working until we mentioned it to the host. Refrigerator does take a long time to cool food and drinks. And upstairs lights in balcony we tried several times to turn them on but did not work. It was a good place for stay just take a broom no broom in room.

Great place to stay. Had a situation but Mel resolved it quickly and professional. Wish the hot tub was working but understand. Plenty of room for everyone. Great resort.

Hot water heater was not on upon our arrival. Internet was down first two days. Light bulbs out in living room. Outdoor furniture was crap. Hot tub did not work. Sliding doors very hard to lock. Living room couch very uncomfortable. Neighbors played very loud music 2 nights in a row - past 2am. Overall disappointment with how much money we spent on this place. We were expecting something much nicer.

Bella Sirena is the best location in Rocky Point! The penthouse view here is quite spectacular. Mel was great on communications and addressing any needs immediately.

First time to Rocky Point

This was my wife and I’s first trip to Rocky Point. Our two college age children have been several times before and wanted to show us around. We found Mel’s three bedroom condo on VRBO and it didn’t let us down! We were looking for a three bedroom and it worked out great for us. Plenty of room to spread out, great panoramic views, and everything we needed. Loved the layout of the two story penthouse. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, beautiful views & very well kept property! Only complain is it’s advertised online for having a hot tub, but it’s actually out of service. Everything else was perfect.

The grounds were fantastic!! Service at pool was very nice and Rigoberto was the best. Beach palapas needed furniture. room thermostat was very tricky. Overall a nice getaway.

Great place and location

The property was great as expected. The beach/ocean was perfect. Very friendly staff! Only one set back there wasn’t a concierge type service at this resort, not sure if it was because of CoVID. We wanted to book a golf tee time and we eventually did but had difficulty calling locally and finding someone to call the course.

Beautiful, classy. Amazing water views and balconies from each bedroom. Loved the personal deck top jacuzzi and bbq too. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was modern with large dining table. Would def go back!

We have been coming to Rocky Point since 1999. As many Americans, we, came, we saw, and we fell in love with it. We booked our first reservation when there were just a few properties available. Standing in Sandy Beach (that is the name of the beach - it's very sandy, thus its name), we looked at the horizon and imagined that one day, instead of all-terrain vehicles cruising by and and all the campers, the landscape would drastically change. Since Arizona does not have a beach, Rocky Point is considered Arizona's Beach. We felt that by creating a bridge between the properties and our prospective clientele would be ideal. You belong to one of these two categories: 1. You have been here before or 2. You have not (really?). For those who have been here before, you are in for a big surprise every time you visit. The landscape continues to change with no end in sight. And for those who have never been here, we would like to take this opportunity to greet you from far away and hope you give us the opportunity to be the bridge to your next vacation in your home away from home. It is hard to imagine that in only four hours and a nice scenic drive you could be in a different country that offers so much beauty, warmth and friendship, as you have never experienced before. 'Do You Dream in Blue?'. There is something magical about the color blue. The ocean and the sky brings happiness, enlightenment and, more than anything, relaxation. We are here to help you every step of the way. Also, we also own three other units at Bella Sirena and have access to the entire resort for rentals.

I grew up along the blue waters of the Caribbean. Rocky Point allowed a short four-hour drive from Tucson or Phoenix and the beach is absolutely beautiful, not to mention, the town and its people. As I said above, we came, we saw, and we fell in love with the town, and have been coming back ever since. We want to share our experience with you. More than anything, it was the proximity to the ocean. Our villa is just steps from the ocean. No long walks to your property; no elevator; no hassle. There is nothing between you and the beautiful blue waters of the Sea of Cortez. By far, we think that Bella Sirena is the most exclusive resort in Rocky Point. We have been owners at this resort since it was built in 2004.
