Fontana Lakefront Oasis w / PVT Dock、

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Location was peaceful but close enough to Bryson City that it was easy to get things if you needed to. The description did mention that water accessibility depended on the lake water levels. We had 3 days of rain which would have let us drop in there to paddle but there was a big debris/trash log jam that blocked the access for us. The way the water moves there explains it to a degree, but it seems like it had been there for a long time. A rewrite on the description might be beneficial. But the cabin and hot tub were great.

Deb, Thank you for informing us about the log jam, we're sad to see it disrupted your kayaking option. We're glad to see it didn't stop you from enjoying the hot tub and the remainder of your vacation.

Loved this place for a weekend getaway! Sounds of the creek by the fire pit, upstairs bed is super comfy. Quick 15 minute drive into Bryson city. Will definitely be back! Only quarrel is that the coffee maker was not good. Ha.

-the house was nice. Not realizing there was another house right beside us. Now looking back in the photos, i see a slight picture of it. -the house was clean, besides spiderwebs everywhere. Laying on the couch, i had spiders on me. -the back porch hadn't been cleaned in a while. -the water was too low to really enjoy the water/view. -the hottub was fine. -bed was super comfortable. -tv/wifi was barely used due to constantly buffering and going down.

Abby, We are sorry to see that your experience was not up to our usual stellar guest experience. Unfortunately WIFI can be spotty in the area, in the future be sure to reach out and we can attempt to assist with a rest of the router. I'm incredibly sorry to see about the spider webs and will inform our housekeeping supervisor immediately. We hope this experience does not deter you from staying with us again in the future.
