Enjoy the entire 3-bed / 2.5-bath duplex to yourself, including a dedicated office/workspace. The space comfortably sleeps 6. Embark on a scenic hike or mountain bike ride on the Fraser to Granby Trail just across the street. Conveniently located off Hwy 40, so you can explore the area with ease!

Duplex unit situated East / West - watch the sunrise over the continental divide from your master suite and private balcony. 2 stories – stairs necessary to access beds. 2nd floor has master bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed and attached bath. Each guest bedroom can sleep 2, one has a queen bed and the other has 2 full beds – shared bath and laundry located in the hallway. Main floor is open concept fully equipped kitchen / half bath / dining / living room with gas fireplace and a Roku TV.
Outside
Back patio and deck with nature views. Great for relaxation and sunset!
NO SMOKING tobacco inside or out on the premises – neighbors are close by – so please be conscientious of their presence.
NO parties – please keep noise to a minimum, especially 10pm – 8am
