Wonderful property in a great small town. Walking distance to everything and the restoration of the property was outstanding.

Perfect little spot in Cape Charles!

We loved staying here! This adorable house has all the classic charm Cape Charles is known for, but has been updated with lots of modern comforts. The whole place was clean, comfy and well-stocked, and we especially appreciated the convenience of the golf cart. We hated to leave and will surely be back!

Cape Charles Charm

We had a fantastic time at the Salty Seahorse. The house was spacious and perfect for our little family of four. All of the amenities were on point and the details made our stay a breeze. Can't wait to come back!

The house is stunning! Beds are comfortable, host is easy to work with, kitchen is beautiful and has most necessary facilities. 5 stars on almost everything. 4 stars on the price only because we paid almost 4k for the rental, and while there is a golf cart on site, it would cost an extra 350 to use, which is only disclosed when you get the checkin instructions right before you get here.

The house is charming and cute. It was clean and very comfortable. Our hostess greeted us with a sand bucket of goodies including delicious coffee and a gift certificate to the wine store in town. What a nice touch! I really enjoyed sitting in the enclosed porch! I would definitely stay here next year. Thank you!

Cape Charles Family Vacation

Great house and great stay! The house was very comfortable and more than enough space for our family of 4! Everything was updated and clean. The outdoor shower was a great plus to keep the beach outside after long beach days with the family. The owner was friendly and responsive the one time I reached out - I was just being paranoid and wanted to make sure we didn't miss anything in the check out instructions...there weren't many things to do either which was a plusThanks again for a great stay!

Lovely house in quiet part of town

The house is bigger than we expected, the two end bedrooms were large enough for there to be a pack n play in each. The screened in porch and back patio (not pictured) were great as well for having dinner/cockatils at night. It did lack some of the little things that rentals that have been around longer have (cleaning supplies, seasonings for cooking, beach items, etc) but cant really fault them for that.

This house was perfect for our family. It was clean and just like the pictures in the listing. Host's were responsive with communication. We liked that each floor had separate hvac controls to control each floor independently, and the kitchen was well stocked with items we needed. We would recommend this house and would definetly look into staying here again the next time we visit Cape Charles.
