This charming 4-bedroom 3 bath house is centrally located in the historic district of Cape Charles and features a first-floor bedroom with a king bed and full bath! Originally built in the 1920's, this home has been completely gutted down to the studs and has been carefully rebuilt (completed in 2025).

This beautifully renovated home offers all the conveniences of modern living—brand-new plumbing and electric, double-pane windows, and two-zone HVAC to keep you comfortable during warm Cape Charles summers and festive winter holidays.

• Blackout shades and white noise machines in every bedroom
• Fully appointed kitchen with quartz countertops & stainless-steel appliances
• Open-concept living/dining/kitchen area with direct access to a private backyard
• Backyard porch, picnic table, and a large fire pit—perfect for al fresco dining and roasting s’mores

• 2-minute golf cart or bike ride to the beach (10-minute walk)
• 1 block to Mason Ave’s restaurants, bakeries, and shops
• 1.5 block to Cape Charles Central Park (playground, pickleball/tennis courts, summer concerts)

• Beds made with fresh sheets
• 1 towel set per guest (towel, hand towel, washcloth)
• Hand soap at every sink
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• Kitchen includes: 1 roll of paper towels + 1 sponge
• 8 beach chairs & 2 umbrellas in backyard container near HVAC (let us know if anything needs replacing!)
