Great place to stay. Kitchen was well stocked, My only suggestion would be to have a 6 person golf cart. And a general handy book/map of the area in the unit.

Spring break getaway

This place is exactly as listed and the golf cart was a nice bonus to get around the large resort. We took advantage of the heated pool which was nice for us adults who wouldn't get in the ocean because it was chilly.

Great house for a get a way!!!

The house was very clean with plenty of room! There's a nice deck in the back that goes over the pond if you're into fishing. We caught some nice sized bass during our stay! We will definitely be coming back!

This home is the perfect getaway, especially for two families. The accomodations were perfect!

We really enjoyed the property. It's the perfect getaway place and it has everything we needed. Also, the maintenance team was great. Had issue with sink and the fixed it right away. Perfect location as well! This is my 2nd stay at the Sandestin Resort and I can't wait for the next visit!

Quiet and relaxing, but close to restaurants and shopping. Roomy and clean. Management is quick to respond if you have questions. Would recommend considering this rental.

Clean, well stocked, pet friendly rental with nice view

The home is well stocked, is in a quiet but convenient location, has a nice view of the pond/lake, enjoyable outdoor space, and comfortable beds. We needed a pet friendly rental but one that was clean and nicely furnished which this one is. We enjoyed breakfast at Sunset Bay Cafe and walking along the bay shore. Overall we were very pleased with this rental and will try to book it the next time we come to Sandestin.

Fun Place to Stay

This property to really special. There was plenty of room for seven of us! We loved the deck on the back overlooking the small lake. We used it to eat in the evening. The kids loved the small dock! They fed turtles and fish. The living area was large and gave us plenty of room! There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms which were all perfect! We were very happy with this property!

Fabulous Home but Frigid Temperatures

Nice updated condo

The condo is really nice and in a great location. The only issue we had was the upstairs bathroom shower wouldn’t get hot water but I think by the second day they figured it out. The stairs are steeper than we were used to but overall it was a great stay with plenty room!

Great stay in SanDestin!

The property was very clean and well stocked for cooking in. We loved the dock where we could have our coffee in the mornings or spend time fishing! The golf cart was a must-have in SanDestin! We also enjoyed the provided beach chairs and sand toys. The only thing that would have been even better for our stay is if a couple of bikes were provided. Our friends stayed a few units over and had two bikes with their rental. We rode them frequently and enjoyed not having to rent bikes for the week. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return to this condo! Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories!

The electricity was off up stairs, and they left instructions on cleaning the unit when we left amd we paid for those duties to be done in the package

We have cleaners who work very hard to prepare each property for the next guest, but we ask all of our guests to gather their garbage and load the dishwasher prior to departure because this helps with the tight deadline during turnover days. Most management companies in the area ask their guests to do similar things. We thank you for the kind words about how clean the unit was and we do hope you were able to relax and enjoy your beach vacation.
