Great house for family vacation.

Great space, great house for a multi generational trip. Gathering spaces, away spaces, very well stocked kitchen, the pool, and the ability to bring our furry family member made this a perfect holiday!

Nice home and great layout

We had a great time in this lovely home - lots of space for a 5 BR home, including very large closets and bathrooms. Beach and tennis are a 5-7 min bike ride away.

Excellent

The house was well situated, very nicely maintained, and comfortable. The people at sweetgrass were extremely responsive and helpful. The house is close enough to the beach to walk and the beach is breathtaking. The pool was heated and a lot of fun for kids. We had a wonderful time and the service and accommodations were excellent.

Best vacation ever!

The house is extremely well kept, beautifully decorated and very relaxing. The kids lived in the pool which is a good sized one. It is also a salt water pool which is great as one of my children does not handle chlorine well. The house has a very open and large feel to it. We would definitely rent it again.

A Great House on Kiawah Island

Great property and our entire family enjoyed our stay! Wish home had a half bath downstairs for all to use and that was a bit inconvenient. Also wish that checkout time was 11AM rather than 10AM. Overall though it was great

Family Getaway

The house was spacious and nicely met the needs of our family. The house was attractively appointed. The dining room table was huge. We especially liked the view of the pool and the golf course from the back of the house. The kitchen was well-equipped. The property manager was extremely efficient in responding to our occasional requests. We would stay there again.

This property was beautiful. There were many gathering areas, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and kitchen was well appointed. The large dining room table was a plus with our large group. The outside pool area was great with different seating/dining areas. The property management company was very responsive re: a few minor issues we had. We would definitely recommend this home

The property was lovely with plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. We were a little farther from the beach then we like but having the pool out your back door helped make up for that. We brought our pop-up shelter for the back deck since the photos didn't indicate a lot of shade by the pool. We are glad we did that! Great house and we had a great time.

A large comfortable home…

Enjoyed our week long visit with our family staying in all 5 bedrooms. Prepared multiple dinners on site and seating capacity superb for a large group with more than adequate place settings and utensils. The deck with pool overlooking the 9th Turtle golf course fairway was a fun place to hang out. The office was very useful for those who had to work for a few hours. The garage was quite spacious and fit 3 cars and golf clubs. Only one minor glitch was that the grill did not heat up adequately.

Great House, Poor Location

The house is amazing and the pool was excellent. However, unless you play golf, Kiawah Island has little to offer. The only accessible beach is outside the gate and costs $10 to park. And it is a 45 minute drive to Charleston -- if there is no traffic.

As long as you are staying on Kiawah, guest or owner, all beach accesses are public to anyone. Boardwalk 30 is the closest beach entrance for this particular property and it is free to access. A great, comfortable break from the world

Spent a few days taking remote work meetings and enjoying the balmy South Carolina weather for the perfect getaway with friends. Plenty of room for everyone, fun pool (though a bit dirty due to pollen), good golfing, and a short bike ride to the beach. Would absolutely come back again!

Fantastic!

We had a a amazing week at 317 Glen Eagle. The house is beautiful and inviting, just the right size and has plenty of special places for all the guests to call their own. We rented bikes for the week and made sure to bike on the beach and the trails, and out to the Ocean Club for drinks and lunch on the porch. The house is located conveniently on the island. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare a wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner. Would definitely stay in this home again!

Our family of four and our little dog had the best week at 317 Glen Eagle! What a great place for virtual work/school and play. The house is gorgeous and enormous, so we had plenty of room to spread out for work/school and relaxing (two living rooms). And, the wifi was excellent. 317 Glen Eagle is beautifully decorated, yet comfortable and welcoming. It was also very clean. A few toiletries were supplied in each of the bathrooms, along with plenty of bath towels. There are also pool towels pool floats. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, a blender, multiple coffee makers, a little dish soap, etc. Groceries Ahead delivered our groceries for us before our arrival (highly recommend), which was wonderful. The local Harris Teeter also has a decent selection of groceries. Local businesses were open (with social-distancing and mask requirements). We felt safe everywhere. Sweetgrass Properties was great to work with, and left me feeling like they truly cared the we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay. They left a little welcome kit for us upon our arrival. After work/school each day, we enjoyed the private pool, golfing, fishing, and riding bikes to the beach (Alligator bikes to drop off/pick up rental bikes for us for the week, which worked out wonderfully). We would definitely rent this house again!

Wonderful house

The home is beautiful. The layout is nice for a family group. All the bedrooms and beds are comfortable. The pool and deck are lovely. It would be nice if the pool could be heated to a warmer temperature than 82 degrees. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils. Also, a nice pantry for storage.
