Set in Vilafranca de Bonany, this cozy villa with private pool offers accommodation to 6 guests.
Located in the center of Vilafranca de Bonany, in the center of Majorca, this coquettish villa features a private, 8 x 4 meters chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.5 to 1.7 meters. Enjoy sunbathing on one of the four sun loungers and relax after a day full of activities. Our guests will enjoy a barbecue and an exterior shower. The furnished porch with pool views is a lovely place for dining with friends and family. As this villa is in the town center, there are next door neighbours.

Decorated in a modern and cozy way, this two storey house will make you feel comfortable from the very first moment. The porch gives access to the living room with satellite TV, sofa and fireplace. The dining area leads you to the kitchen, well equipped with gas hob, fridge, oven and kitchen utensils. A laundry is fitted with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There's a double bedroom with closet, fan and desk as well as an independent bathroom with shower on the ground floor.

Two more bedrooms with A/C and fan are on the first floor. One room comes with a double bed and shower bath en-suite while the second bedroom has two twin beds. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. Besides, there's a bath with bathtub on the upper floor. The TV in the bedrooms have no satellite reception. There are seven electric radiators in the house.

The quiet and genuine town Vilafranca de Bonany is 25 km from Porto Cristo Beach and the Drach Caves. The town offers a small grocery shop and some restaurants serving good Majorcan dishes. Supermarkets and more services can be found in the city of Manacor. If the beach is what you're searching for, you could visit Cala Mendia-Cala Anguila, Cala Magrana, Cala Varques or S'Illot. In Sineu and Petra, visit the weekly market and buy fresh groceries from the islands' farmers. The nearest golf course is Reserva Rotana, 17 km away.

En primer lugar destacar el buen trato y comunicación con María, la propietaria. La casa es espectacular, no le falta de nada, cocina amplia y equipada, salon con chimenea, comedor grande, las habitaciones y los baños grandes, Muy acogedora. La zona del jardín y la piscina es ideal para relajarte, refrescarte y descansar. La zona donde está ubicada es una zona muy tranquila en la parte alta del pueblo. Un pueblo del interior pero muy bien comunicado para desplazarte a cualquier parte de la isla. Hemos quedado encantados y seguro que repetiremos.

The location is situated in a small village with acces to restaurants and supermarkets. From there you have acces to all tourist points and beaches and its really close to Palma. If you choose not to rent a car there a bus at 10 minute walk from the accommodation. The staff was really nice and the owner is a kind lady who welcomed us very nicely. The house has everything that you need if you want to eat breakfast or to have a bbq. The area is quiet and it’s the perfect location where you can relax after a day of sightseeing.

Wir durften sogar schon um 14 Uhr einchecken (sonst erst um 16 Uhr), was uns sehr entgegen kam. Maria, die gute Seele, ließ uns gut in den Urlaub starten. Mallorquinisch Urlauben in einem Traumhaus

Wir haben unseren Urlaub als Familie sehr genossen. Auch wegen des wundervollen Hauses. Nach unseren Ausflügen haben wir uns immer gefreut, wieder "nach Hause" zu kommen. Bei unserer Ankunft lief der Checkin und die Übergabe der Schlüssel sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Maria und ihr Mann sind sehr liebe und nette Vermieter, die auch während der Ferienzeit immer für Rückfragen jederzeit zur Verfügung stehen. Danke an dieser Stelle nochmal an die beiden! Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, bietet genügend Stauraum mit den eingebauten großen Schränken und es steht alles zur Verfügung, was man zum Urlauben benötigt. Für die Sauberkeit gibt es eine 1 mit Sternchen! Das Inserat entspricht zu 100% der Realität. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Villafranca ist ein kleines verschlafenes Städtchen, aber mit authentischem mallorquinischem Flair. Sehr zentral gelegen. Man ist schnell auf der Ma-15, um die Insel in alle Richtungen zu entdecken. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt (Spar), einen lokalen Bäcker (Sehr gut!) und ein paar wenige Restaurants. Um den Familiengroßeinkauf zu erledigen, sollte man allerdings den Aldi oder Lidl oder andere Supermärkte in Manacor (nur 10min Autofahrt) ansteuern. Da das Haus am Ortsrand auf einer Anhöhe steht, hat man einen wunderbaren Blick in Richtung Osten/Südosten. Es gibt Nachbarn drumherum. Die direkt angrenzenden Grundstücke sind nicht bewohnt. FAZIT: KLARE EMPFEHLUNG! Muchas Gracias!

Por parte de Homerti todo bien organizado y muy fácil comunicarse con ellos . La casa Preciosa y muy limpia , la dueña muy maja . Ubicación súper tranquila no hay vecinos la zona de la piscina tienes absoluta privacidad . Si tengo que poner un pero solamente sería el tema aire acondicionado , solo hay uno en la habitación suite de arriba , las demás habitaciones con ventilador . En la planta principal se echa en falta un aire acondicionado pero bueno como en mi caso durante el día estaba visitando playas y demás por la noche se sobrellevaba bien el calor . Pero en general todo perfecto !

A beautiful, very very clean, spacious property in a super quiet village. The photos don't convey how big this property actually is, with a lovely stair case, a great sized kitchen with almost everything you will need for a stay. Others have said similar and we agree that some typical kitchen items would have been helpful like cling film and tin foil, dish washing equipment like liquid and cloths, maybe a small starter pack to get you over the first day or two. The swimming pool was great, not heated from what I could tell, and was very well used every day by the entire family. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have had with self catering accommodation. The air con in the master bedroom was very well welcomed. The other upstairs bedroom could have also done with AC but for the week we were there, even thought an extreme heat warning was in place, the fan did help to make it manageable. Maybe a larger fan would be good. I think high season high temperatures could make the children's twin room a bit uncomfortable. The downstairs double bedroom was nice and cool due to where it was in the house. We met the owner on day 2 and she was very helpful and polite. The agents managing this property were very helpful though the entire process and were very quick to reply to any queries via AirBNB. I would have no hesitation in booking this property or using this agent again. First class accommodation and service at a great price. The location btw is fantastic for getting to anywhere on the island. Its almost in the middle of everything with Manacor only 15mins along the road where it has every shop you could need. The google street view also don't do the area justice as it looks like the photos were taken in winter. We loved it and wait to go back. Thank you again to all at Homerti and the owner for such a beautiful property.

Sehr geräumiges Haus, toller Außenbereich der trotz der großen Hitze sehr angenehm war. Lage ist sehr gut, da man alle Strände in kurzer Zeit erreicht. Das Dörfchen ist leider wenig belebt, aber Manacor ist nur 10 min entfernt.

Wunderbares Haus in strategisch günstiger Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Maria und Pedros Haus. Maria ist eine superengagierte Gastgeberin, die sich, als ich krank wurde, sogar um den Arzt und die Apotheke gekümmert hat. Das Haus ist, ebenso wie der Pool, sehr groß und sehr sauber. Die Bäder sind modern und Einbauschränke im Schlafzimmer bieten sehr viel Stauraum. Die Küche ist sehr groß und modern und es gibt noch einen Vorratsraum und ein Tiefkühlschrank. Super fanden wir auch, dass es eine Garage gibt. Das Haus hat keine direkten Nachbarn, was in Anbetracht der zentralen Lage fast einmalig ist. Die Aussicht, gerade morgens mit den Heißluftballons, ist großartig. Vom Haus aus ist man mit dem Auto relativ schnell in jeder Ecke der Insel. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit und würden sehr gerne im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen.

Wir würden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Das Haus ist wirklich schön. Wie auf Bildern beschrieben. Check in und Check out liefen problemlos und schnell ab. Die Lage ist ok. Man benötigt fast zu jedem Ausflugsziel eine halbe Stunde (Palma, Ostküste, Nordküste...) Das Haus ist auf einem kleinen Hügel gelegen. Direkte Nachbarn hat man nicht, da beide Häuser nebenan eine Baustelle waren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Manacor gegeben. Alles total problemlos mit Mietwagen. Lediglich bei der Grundausstattung hätten wir uns über ein paar Basics gefreut. So mussten wir tatsächlich alles einkaufen (Backpapier, Salz, Pfeffer und alles weitere Nötigste für die Küche etc.) Wir waren zu viert und hatten eine Menge Spaß! Wir würden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

La casa è bellissima, curata in tutti i particolari. Perfetta per ospitare tre coppie. Tutte le camere hanno il proprio bagno. Una camera s al piano terra, due al primo piano. Grande sala a cucina spaziosa attrezzata di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Sia piccoli che grandi. Bellissimo porticato dove godersi meravigliose albe (il sole sorge davanti all casa e non ci sono me alberi ne costruzioni adiacenti). Si gode di una splendida vista sulla vallata. La posizione è ottimale, si possono raggiungere le spiagge in circa 30 minuti di macchina. L’unico neo, il paesino di Villafranca non offre molta scelta per ristoranti e bar, ma Petra, il paesino vicino a 5 km di distanza, risolve un po’ questo problema. Consigliata a tutti coloro che cercano tranquillità, confort e che amano guidare (la macchina è un imperativo).
