Welcome to this wonderful apartment for 4 people, with a beautiful terrace and just 120 metres from the beach in Puerto de Alcúdia
This beautifully renovated flat is perfect for lovers of the coast. It invites you to enjoy a hearty breakfast on the terrace to recharge your batteries and walk just a few steps to the beach for a great day, swimming in crystal clear waters or sunbathing on fine white sand. On the way back, you can't miss lunch or dinner in the open air again.

Inside this first floor flat, without lift, you will feel at home, thanks to the renovated and modern atmosphere. The living-dining room, with A/C, is ideal for enjoying a delicious meal and then sitting down to chat or relax in the company of the Smart TV. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, offers everything you need for cooking and a laundry area, equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms with wardrobe and fan, one with a double bed and access to a small terrace, and the other with two single beds. There is 1 cot and 1 high chair. The bathroom of the house has a shower. There are 2 electric radiators.

The location of the accommodation is absolutely privileged. On the one hand, because it is only 120 metres from the paradisiacal beach of Puerto de Alcúdia. And, on the other hand, for having an infinity of services accessible in a few minutes, such as bars, restaurants, shops of all kinds, bus stops, etc. Furthermore, the golf course of Alcanada is 6 km away and the port 4 km away.

Schöne Wohnung

Uns hat die Wohnung gut gefallen. Die Wohnzimmer Möbel sind schon in gebrauchten Zustand, liegt vielleicht auch am Material. Badezimmer und Küche sind in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Die Balkontür haben wir am Anfang nur sehr schlecht aufbekommen, diese würde aber nach Rücksprache mit der Agentur sofort repariert. Toller Service.

Good value for money but needs better furniture

Good value for money but the place feels worn. The furniture could be modernized, especially in the bedrooms. Adults only sleep uncomfortably in the small single beds and the double bed has an improvised headrest. It’s also quite weird that the wardrobe is empty inside with two small chests of drawers to store clothes. The bathroom is nice and the kitchen is clean. The balcony is also nice.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, hat einen sehr schönen Balkon und hat eine fantastische Lage. Innerhalb 2 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am weitläufigen Strand. In direkter Umgebung ist alles was man braucht (Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants ). Die Bushaltestelle für die Busse nach Palma zum Flughafen und in die Altstadt von Alcudia ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die Betten sind bequem und die Wohnung ingesamt sehr schön eingerichtet. Einziges Manko ist, dass das gesamte Haus sehr hellhörig ist und die Balkontür sich sehr schwer und nur mit lautem knallen öffnen und schließen lässt.

Vielen Dank nochmal! Das war wirklich eine schöne Unterkunft!

Das Apartment ist sehr schön. Eine super Kueche, mit allen was man zum Kochen braucht, ein Wohnzimmer mit grossen Esstisch und einer Couch, zwei ausreichende Schlafzimmer (auch mit Extrazudecken ausgestattet) und einer schönen Terasse. Die Lage ist auch super: Keine 2 Minuten zum Strand oder zu Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Zahlriche Restaurants und auch Spielplätze in der Nähe. Busshaltestelle nur 3 minuten entfernt. Kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
