Definitely need some repairs and lots of cleaning. Bathrooms stink and the walls was disgusting in bathrooms. The jetted bathtub left a film on top of the water. Shower floors looked nasty. Trees need to be topped to see the view. Pet damaged to doors and door frames. No pets are allowed, if found you will be charged 175 and kicked out. Dryer didn't work at all

So, first and foremost, if you rent this unit for the fantastic view advertised, you won’t get it. It is completely overgrown. It’s fraudulently posted picture. The hot tub half works. Don’t look for any champagne glasses either. We submitted a list of about 35 deficiencies, including an undisclosed sewer/septic break. Ownership confirmed a major repair was needed.This could be a great unit again, but poor property management has allowed to deteriorate. Stay away until owners can bring this unit back to a reasonable state.We feel ripped off. We’re done with VRBO. Paying a 15% premium with no help just isn’t worth it.Vacation ruined….

Pictures on VRBO were from years ago the only view is very top of MT if you move around place is overgrown everywhere including driveway and inside needs lots of repairs and updating and cleaning

The view isn’t what the pictures showed. The trees need to be topped so you can see the Mountain View better. The pictures are standing on the hot tub stairs. It was an issue getting the code. I didn’t receive some of my emails. The host said “it’s cause you signed up for Vrbo and hide your email”. They need a better cleaner. There is water damage in the shower ceiling.

Very beutiful veiws wildlife we seen a bear turkeys and those mountains. The house is amzing and clean. We had 1 simple snag and managment was on it asap. Would recommend cause i will go back.

The view of the mountains from the deck is quickly disappearing due to the growth of the trees on the mountain side below/behind the home. I am not sure if anything can be done to alleviate this issue, but it would lead us to not return to the property because of this.

Needs updates or accurate advertising

The location is great and private. Kitchen had basics. However,the cabin needs attention and cleaning and pictures posted are not accurate.beds are so noisy,you can't move in your sleep and we're dusty. ,dirty hot tub and broken drains in both, showers need updates. Internet is very slow and couldn't really watch TV as it kept trying to connect. If your not spending a lot of time indoors it may work but if your relaxing,it's not worth the money.

Needs work

The view is the only good thing about this property. The house needs maintenance. It doesn’t look like the photos at all. There was something rattling on the roof all night and we could not sleep. We ended up leaving early. I would not consider staying at this property again. I have emailed the owner the specific details and photos of the issues with the property. Very disappointing stay.

Homey Cabin, not too far from town, on top of the mountain. Good view of the mountains. Only problems we found with the Cabin was that only 1 fireplace was operational, and there was a constant annoying beeping sound coming from somewhere we could not find. Sounded like a drier alarm going off but never ended. Also, I suggest having a 4x4 vehicle if staying during rainy/freezing temperatures.

Seluded cabin winter wonderland

Most scenic views. Super nice amenities. If a snow storm comes through like it did for us, you will see cinematic character in the landscape. Just park down the hill at the mailbox and walk up. Had 33" tires 4x4 wheel drive and snow chains. Slid into a ditch at an angle and was stuck on the hill almost flipped the vehicle. Had to get a guy to winch us out. He at first thought he couldnt do it. Cause once out the ditch the ice was so bad he thought it was going to slide down into a pole. Only reason we got out was because i have a 4inch suspension lift kit and ended up riding half the vehicle in the ditch to have traction. Limited help. No one could reach us we were very lucky. The city salts their roads first and then they do the counties.Still highly recommend the spot though. Just park your vehicle at the mailbox if extreme weather is coming through

Great view, but property is old and run down

Area rug smelled terrible, like dog pee. Uncomfortable furniture, very squeeky beds, place just looked and felt old and beat up. Very dirty walls and woodwork. Several light switches were bad, toilets were in a tiny closet like room in each bathroom. Showers were dirty and shower heads awful. Broken toaster and kitchen was a mess. The only good part was the view and we saw bears . The drive up was steep and had a hard time even finding the driveway covered in leaves. wellSomcabinetsin

Great location

Had a great time. Loved the jacuzzi tub and the view from the jacuzzi on the deck!! Was in perfect location just fifteen minutes away from the strip but felt very secluded in the mountains!! Would stay again!!

Fall visit

The view is absolutely amazing!!! The house does need updating and some fixing up. Having cleaning supplies accessible would have been nice, as well. Great communication with owner.

Spectacular Mountain Views

Peaceful and relaxing environment. Loved drinking my coffee to the view of the mountains in the morning. Just about 10 minutes to Gatlinburg from the place and about 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge.
