We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family and we had a great time. The host was good to accommodate us and helped when we encountered some issues. The pickleball court was so fun and the kids loved the game room.

This was the best house for our family reunion!! The kiddos stayed downstairs and could stay up late and be noisy while us old folk went to bed early. The house had everything we needed to fix and eat meals as a family of 21 peeps There is so much to do in the area for people of all ages so no trouble planning field trips. I highly recommend this place. We have a big family reunions every other year in random places and this was a winner!!

Perfect Family Reunion location

Online pictures adequately depict the property and amenities. Check in was a breeze, as well as Check out. Property is located within a brief drive of various interests to our large group.

Great Property

This property was everything the description promised. We had our five adult children and there families, having numerous bedrooms in various areas of the house worked well to give everyone thier space, especially getting young grandchildren to sleep.The pool was fantastic, pickle ball court is great, gazebo offers a wonderful place to hang out with shade and breeze. Plenty of indoor play space as well with game room and pool table. House was clean enough to be comfortable but could use a deep cleaning in the off season. We did experience an issue with the AC but the owner did everything she could to rectify the situation and was also gracious enough to refund some of our money when the situation dragged on for a few days.

Easter with family

It was great to be together and this house has the space. The house is tired but has what you need. Talked with the host about some of the cleanliness issues and she said she would address them with the cleaning crew.

Poor Management of Property

We were hopeful for the great location near Snow Canyon and lots of activities at the property, but this was the worst stay we have ever had at a rental. We all came from out of state and after driving for hours was notified just a few hours before that the cleaning wouldn't be done on time and we were postponed getting in for a few hours. When we did get to the property, the trash was overflowing from all the different trash cans and was piled all over the ground area. I was in constant contact with the host - she was responsive and tried to help, but honestly it really took away from our trip having to deal with so many problems that kept coming up and not all were resolved. I did appreciate her efforts, but overall I do not feel the rental is well taken care of. Many things are run down and look very old and used. There was no toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags in the house for 27 people! The carpets were filthy and had so many sticky goat heads from the fields around that kept stabbing us. There was also tons of popcorn and other food crumbs on the couches and carpet areas. The carpet on the stairs is really run down and dirty. One bedroom didn't have any sheets on the bed (King) and a TV didn't work in another bedroom. There was only 1 towel per person and overall the house was just poorly stocked - we had to bring our own pool towels. Garbage disposal was jammed and she asked us to fix it - and hot tub was not hot, luke warm and pool guy never came.

Thanksgiving gathering

The house is really nice and very well stocked with everything we needed. The parking was great! We brought side by sides and they all fit great. Lots of games for all ages. Host was great, communication was great. Pingpong paddles need an update. Bring extra pickleball paddles, which well did. We had a great time!

Large and accommodating. Lots to do at the house.

Had a large group of 32 stay with comfort and plenty of room to sleep in beds (didn’t use any pull outs). Host was easy to contact and very easy process in and out. Stayed 3 days and paid to have the pool heated off-season since they keep it at 86 when they heat it. It was wonderful. There were a few minor maintenance items that did not significantly affect our stay. Would recommend for any large groups.

Great Place for a Family Reunion

Our family enjoyed this house for our reunion this year and everyone who could make it this year had a room to sleep in especially with the bunk beds and the many options in bedding that the house had for us. The outside amenities was a bonus and everyone enjoyed the pickle ball court and pool. Thank you Monica for being a great host! We will definitely book again with you in the future. Thank you!

AMAZING VRBO especially for BIG families and DEF Pickleball Heaven!

We stayed with a family of about 30 people ranging in age from 2yo to 70yo and everyone had an absolute BLAST!! We had a family pickleball tournament and thoroughly enjoyed ALL of the swimming, hot tubbing, arcade gaming, and so many fun outside and inside games. We didn't have any trouble entertaining our large group of varying ages and everyone was very comfortable with the many, many bed options and loads of space. Our host, Monica, was very kind and polite and easy to get ahold of. Very quick to answer any questions and resolve any issues which the only issue we had was utilizing too many outlets in the kitchen and blowing a fuse. With such a large group of people, things are bound to go wrong, so it was relieving that we only had the one issue which as stated, was resolved very quickly. Monica was also INCREDIBLE to let us get a late check out with short notice which was super helpful. We loved this VRBO experience and hope to return again soon. Thank you, Thank you!!

Nice family reunion retreat

We loved the big property that we could all have bedrooms. Loved the pool and pickle ball court. Nice huge kitchen eating area plus deck shaded in afternoon and close enough to pool to be able to watch kids in the pool.

Week of fun

We enjoyed the house, pool and pickleball court. Plenty of seating in the kitchen as well as needed pots and pans, etc. Loved playing ping pong and billiards. Plenty of comfortable beds.

Nice reunion spot

Great place with lots of room for family. Communication and check in was excellent. Major amenities were enjoyed and worked. There is wear and tear in places, especially with outdoor furniture and toys, but not enough to detract from the overall experience. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Place for a Family reunion

We loved everything. Lots of space for eating together, for gathering together and sleeping rooms were plentiful. Of course the pool and hot tub. conveniently located to get to all the places in ST George

Could have been great

The house was large enough to accommodate our large family gathering and the location was great for what we were looking for. The set up was good with a pool, pickle ball court, game, room, and work out room. However, there were dangerous issues that can't be overlooked: Pool gate doesn’t close (can just be pushed open) - violates Utah pool safety code which requires a fencing with a functioning latch. A joint and pills were laying out on the downstairs patio - illegal Grill not cleaned, caked on food catching fire when turned on Landscapers arrived in the middle of our stay, sprayed chemicals within 5ft of kids playing and hit people with weed whacking debris Hole in the trampoline Treadmill belt ripped up and broken No screens on upstairs windows Discomforts: Air conditioning not working upstairs Three different fans not working (two upstairs) Pool filter not turned on Downstairs showers not getting hot Hot tub barely warm (99degrees) Sheets provided don’t fit pullout bed Secret room smells terrible Broken/ dirty: Carpet not vacuumed Cobwebs and dead bugs Window broken and taped together in main living space Toilet seat broken, Shower curtain filthy Sink not fully connected in kitchen - sprayed water all over when turned on Umbrellas broken Outdoor cushions ripped Patio floor filthy Tables not wiped down No filtered water / sink water tastes terrible Cupboards hanging open broken Pool room filthy This could have been a great place to stay if maintained.

Best vacation rental todate

We have a tradition of spending New Year with friends and family. We always find a property that accommodates nearly 30 people and spend the New Year together. This house rated as the best by the group. Lot of beds, huge Kitchen, common areas to chill, heated pool and Hot tub, games (indoor and outdoor). Best vacation rental and holiday ever.
