The condo was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The water view outside the slider was wonderful with stunning sunrises. Our host was very accommodating and always available to answer questions. The condo complex was within walking distance of numerous restaurants and venues with live music. Highly recommend!

There is nothing about our stay that wasn't a 10/10. The communication with our host was superb. She was on top of all things. We will be back. The condo was beautiful and a great location to the pool. We were within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The special anniversary card and wine was so appreciated.

Beautiful condo located in Old Marco with proximity to many restaurants. Amazing waterfront views! The unit was exceptionally clean, well- stocked with lots of extras! Can’t say enough about the pool! Very clean and perfect water temperature! Will certainly look forward to our next trip back to Marco Island and hopefully the opportunity to stay again at this wonderful condo! Owners very responsive!

Great View and Unit

The unit is beautifully decorated and everything you could need is available. Beautiful bay view to watch the boats going by. The owners provided so much and have thought of everything! Anne and her husband check to make sure everything is taken care of at the property which is very nice! Could not recommend this place enough! We have stayed here twice when visiting Marco.

Wonderful condo; beautiful views, so very clean and modern. Had everything we needed. Comfy bed and pull-out. My son and husband loved fishing for snook on the dock which is very close to the condo. Dolphins swimming in the river. We loved our stay at the Riverside condo and fell in love with Marco Island. And the hostess Anne-Marie was great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely plan to return again!!

Beautiful condo with great view. So so clean and comfy bed. Warm and clean pool. Love the walk to snook inn!! Host very responsive and personable. Look forward to our next visit.

Home away from home

Anne Marie & her husband were great hosts. Home was just as described. My family & I enjoyed everything about this place especially the fishing pier. Anne was very hospitable & very prompt if anything was needed. We will definitely be back and plan on booking with Anne again. Thank you so much!

We had a lovely time at Anne Marie's property. The property was exactly as the listing portrayed and was perfect for us. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect. We were on the quieter side of the island but still so much to do around us. We will definitely be back and hoping to stay with Anne Marie again.

Marco Island Stay

We had such a wonderful time at the condo! It was exactly as described, but better! We greatly enjoyed our morning runs around the neighborhood and lounging by the pool and watching the dolphins during the day. The condo was a super clean and tidy and we would definitely come back!

Relaxing Marco Vacation

We absolutely enjoyed everthing about our stay at the condo, from the cleanliness of the unit and the surrounding property, to the balcony views of the river below. We enjoyed our week at your lovely Florida home this month!

It was beautifully decorated, very clean (possibly the cleanest I have been in!) with thoughtful added ammenities like coffee, chocolates. wine and extras that truly made a difference in our stay! The owners were available for attentive communication to lead us through details of security and we really appreciated that! We loved the location and especially watching the sun come up each morning and a beautiful view over the pool and out to the water that I fell in love with!

Excellent weekend away!

We were 3 former college roommates getting together for a little reunion! We had a beautiful, relaxing weekend. The property was exactly as described and pictured. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The condo was very well stocked, even with a few extras and treats. (Thank you!). The location was perfect for us - walkable to several restaurants and a quick drive to the beautiful beaches. We would definitely return again. Thank you!

Winter get away

We absolutely loved this place. I have never stayed in a place so well supplied with every possible thing you could need! The bed was awesome, never slept so well. Every question I asked or anything I needed was immediately answered. The location was perfect, great view and within walking distance to several restaurants. The only negative I could say is I wish it had a washer and dryer in the unit! There was a community laundry room and it was always available. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great location and quiet neighborhood

Excellent stay

Easy check in condo was very very clean very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely go back to this place. The only thing is when you first get there some of the residents that live there they watch you for a couple days and a lot of them won’t even say hello or anything to you. But after a few days, half of them start talking to us.
